Works great! I have a slight problem one leg slightly ...Works great! I have a slight problem one leg slightly longer than the other. Because of this it causes me to walk unsteady. So I've tried different foot heel lifts. This one is great to even out the shorter leg to the other. This helps walk better reducing back discomfort. Because it has layers it allows using the whole lift or partial layers as needed depending on the type of shoe being used. 5They peel apart to easy. I needed the whole 1/2"They peel apart to easy. I needed the whole 1/2", but they kept coming apart. Then they would move in your shoe, only the top layer is the length shown rest are smaller. The smaller ones are the ones that would work their way out of my shoes. 2Great product, but takes some getting used toI bought this to handle a half inch leg length discrepancy, and it has helped a lot. I was having chronic pain in my right (longer leg) hip for several months, and I figured it was worth a try. Initially, I got pretty bad pain in my left leg joints, as they weren't used to having equal impact with my right leg. However, after wearing the heel lift for about 4-5 days to my summer camp job (where I'm on my feet all the time), the pain in my left leg went away, and the chronic pain in my right hip is mostly gone as well. Now I mostly have problems if I change shoes and forget the heel lift, so I'm going to have to get more so I have them for all of my left shoes! Others have complained about the layers peeling, but I've had it for over a month and not had that problem. I think that wearing it under a foam insole has possibly helped prevent that. 5Great productI ordered these to use with some zero drop running shoes. Loved everything about the shoes except for the achilles paid I felt after long runs. I decided to try these to see if they helped. I love them. They are soft enough to wear in running shoes (was really afraid they would be too stiff) and I love that they are adjustable. The only warning I would give is that the sizing may be slightly off. I ordered medium since it corresponded to my shoe size but am getting additional ones in small since the mediums are a little large for the heel area of my running shoes. 5Not impressedI was excited for the potential and how seller described. I have a hip that sits higher than the other and inserts help balance me out and prevent hip discomfort. This orthotic was a dud all around. Did not sit well in shoe (athletic shoe) it wasn t like i stuck it in a high heel. Definitely did not stick. It was so awkward (and yes I purchased the correct size) that my foot couldnt even sit right in multiple shoes I tried it in. Adjustable part just was poorly designed. Stick with an orthotic that you know the thickness of the lift ....and buy that thickness. Your chiro or podiatrist will tell u. Adjustable as fabulous as it may sound...doesn t work (at least for me) also it s your feet, back, hips....fobt be like me and try affordable items. Take the time to read and review. Your body will thank you. 2Small Ortho heel lift, second orderA couple weeks ago I ordered one of the Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lifts for a leg length discrepancy. I just ordered 4 more. These heel lifts have been a blessing to me! I have been experiencing some hip issues, partially due to leg-length discrepancy. With the heel lift, the pain is much less intensive. Which affords me a more normal daily life. I ordered the small. Perfect for my shoes. They are comfortable to wear in every pair of shoes I have. I intend to get creative with my summer sandals. May try velcro or some sort of glue. I placed them in my current sandals. I don't believe they will be at all noticeable, even in strappy sandals! 5The best heel lift material, but tends to fall apart..This is the best heel lift because of the material; it is very comfortable. My only complaint is if you need the full lift, which i do, the layers separatevery easily so it doesn't have a good longevity. I've had to put adhesive to keep them together but it doesn't always work. I've had to purchased several packages of 2; and one package of one, in the last couple of months. 4My doctor recommended these. They really are helping my feet and my legs. 5No complaintsI have moderate scoliosis due to irregular leg lengths, which causes me to have uneven shoulders. I've been to a variety of chiropractors and virtually all of them either have suggested heel lifts or offered some of their own, which of course were typically overpriced. I decided to get some myself and ran across these. I'm quite happy I did because so far they have worked perfectly. I use it as its thickest option that I put under my insole and it's been of perfect use since. Absolutely no complaints. 5Worked well for my flip flopsWorked well for my needs. I have Vionic Orthoheel flip flops (Ladies Size 5) because of a very high arch. I wear these CONSTANTLY after warm weather arrives. Recently discovered I have a 1/4 inch (6mm) leg length discrepancy & refused to give up my flip flops. I took the smallest part of the lift and put in the heel cup in the flip flop & then placed the next larger size on top of the smaller size & placed double sided tape inbetween. Works GREAT! Will be ordering more. The top brown part (a spare part) I am thinking I will double & use in closed heel shoes to make a 1/4 inch lift. These seem like they might last a few months, not hard, not squishy, comfortable; I ordered a small in these lifts. 4
