Aloe Vesta Protective Ointment 3 Protect 8oz pack of 3This works great for my problem without a colon. I helps releave the burn of discharge 5Eases pain of dry skin on hands.Its very thick, stays on well. It has almost zero scent, but if you have a sensitive nose like I do, you will detect a faint medicine like smell, similar to Desitin. I only notice it when I first put it on. The relief for my hands is worth that momentary scent. It is so much better than any product I have ever tried. I noticed it was being used in a hospital where a relative stayed recently. I tried it on my hands, and was so impressed with the feeling, I ordered the 3 pack on amazon the same day. 4Best product for diaper rash ever!This stuff is amazing!!! After working in a hospital that used this on patients I ordered it out of despiration bc I couldn't find anything to heal my baby's diaper rash- this product does!!! It is the only diaper cream we use and we swear by it! We use it to both treat & protect 5Highly Recommended OintmentI use this creme regularly on my disabled sister, as I am her full time caregiver. It prevents bed sores, irritation, and redness for someone who is bedridden or has limited mobility. Great protection without being too greasy or too dry of a creme. The best way to described it is a cross between a creme and an ointment. Highly recommend this product. 5Aloe Vesta Protective Ointment, 8 oz. tubeAs a person with intensely dry skin (xerosis) accompanied by flare-ups of eczema, I can't say enough good things about this ointment. Pleasant, light smell. Yes, it is thick--it's suppose to be, as it's petroleum-based, as are all ointments. What I have found helps my skin condition the most: Every morning, apply Eucerin Diabetics'' Dry Skin Relief Body Creme FIRST, as it contains alpha hydroxy acids which firms skin and greatly relieves xerosis. THEN apply Aloe Vesta as a wonderful protective barrier that seals in the Eucerin so that I don't need to re-apply it until the next day. Prior to using Aloe Vesta, this was not the case; I was using body creme at least twice a day! It is especially useful on rough hands and feet. As I was turning my father every 2 hours when he was bedridden, I used it on his hips, heels, and elbows and other bony areas to prevent decubitus ulcers. It worked very well--highly recommended! 5Excellent, fast relief!Easy, odorless to use and very effective. Gave me instant relief and my heat rash was gone in two days. My sister is a nurse and said it's used in hospitals and highly recommended. 5This Ointment is recommended by my wound care teamAfter two surgeries in less than one year to repair my very shattered ankle and 3 plates and many screws to piece together my ankle, I needed wound care to eliminate skin grafting, a third surgery. This happened Feb. of this year. I needed to clean the wound and redress and rewrap with gauze sponges and wrapped with gauze wrap eventually breaking down the skin it was in contact with. On one of the wound care visits, the NP changed everything to stop skin breakdown and gave me a tube of this, 4 oz. which soothed my skin and healed it. I ordered these tubes, the day indicated as bought, as I still am doing would care today and almost done with my 2nd tube. Just giving a visual on how far these tubes go. Very healing, very soothing. 5Clean the area with wipes or soapy water before use.This is a barrier cream I use to prevent skin irritation for an incontinent adult in the diaper area. A comparable competitive cream stuck to hair in that area and was nearly impossible to remove. The Aloe Vesta was superior in every way. I have used it on the patient for about a year, and a half, and the skin looks great. 5Make sure it is the correct ointmentThis isn t for the product which is unused. It is for the experience. I thought I had ordered the Aloe Vesta Antifugal Ointment and I just got the order of this ointment 10 minutes ago and I was told it cannot be returned. 1Relief for the UnrelievableI have issues with bowel incontinence because I am gluten intolerant, so I experience that horrible burning and rawness caused from incontinence from time to time. I have used several other products to relieve these issues, but they leave a lot to be desired in comfort and healing. I found a tube of this product that I used several years ago for my clients while working in a nursing home, so I tried it, even though it was several years old. I had wonderful results, so I quickly ordered this when I saw Amazon carried it. 5
