I found relief!I get bad foot cramps & sometimes Charlie horse s in the middle of the night & thought it was something I just had to live with. I came across this product by accident and said, yeah right that cream will stop my cramps? Ha. I decided to try it because of so many reviews. Well as soon as I start cramping & I apply it, it starts working immediately. I couldn t believe it. I am buying another bottle. It works so well, no more suffering. I recommend this product.5Love itI have taken magnesium orally for years. Unfortunately although it helps me sleep and allows my restless legs to relax, my stomach/bowels were not happy. In researching I came across this product. I love it. I get the same help without any stomach issues, and my legs are softer since using it. I would highly recommend this product.5... been using this product on a doctor's recommendation and like it very muchI have been using this product on a doctor's recommendation and like it very much. I have very sensitive skin, but tolerate it well. It does make my skin kind of sticky, but so do most other lotions. I've heard the magnesium is absorbed in the first 30 minutes and it's okay to wash it off after that. It does wash off easily. The lotion is very thick and was hard to get out of the old bottle, but the new pump container works brilliantly. The label says that 1 pump press = 20 mg magnesium + 25 mg sulfur. I filled a 1 tsp measure with 5 pump presses, which means that one tsp. delivers 100 mg magnesium. Mo' Maggies (the other brand with the best quality ingredients) claims to deliver 250 mg per teaspoon and costs significantly less, so I'm going to try it and see how well my skin tolerates it. It has the same type of magnesium (Zechstein), but different carrier oils.5Best Product EVER!I have a lot of tension on the back of my neck.
