Bausch & Lomb Sensitive Eyes vs. Generic Lubricant Eye DropsI have very dry eyes recently, even drier than previously, when I thought all I had was Blepharitis. I've used Bausch & Lomb Sensitive Eyes for many years. But recently I visited my opthamologist, who diagnosed me with Floppy Eyelid Syndrome, and when I told him I used Bausch & Lomb (B&L) Sensitive Eyes, he told me about concerns that one of the ingredients actually may contribute to dry eyes. When I subsequently compared B&L Sensitive Eyes to the generic Lubricant Eye Drops from CVS, I've found that the initial stinging in my eyes that I experienced with B&L Sensitive Eyes doesn't happen when I use the CVS Lubricant Eye drops.2The BEST everyday contact drops - great larger size, easier to "squish" and a really good price. Love!I have used contact drops every day for the past 15 or so years - and have tried them ALL. I don't have any serious issues or dry eye etc - just wear contacts all the time and am at the computer a lot so do need drops more than the normal person.After all these years - this product and size is my favorite! I don't have to replace them like I do the little bottles, it's much harder to lose (the little ones roll under the bed, under furniture, dissapear into thin air etc!) The larger bottle is softer and a lot easier to squish (be careful as this means it's also easy to drop too much in, but you quickly get the hang of it.) I've perfected the drop in each eye process and don't even think about it now.Price is great for the size too. While people with chronic or more serious eye issues, you would probably want a more advanced formula or something prescription but for everyone else I COMPLETELY recommend these. I'm picky and I really love them - no matter which new product I try I always go back to these.I paid a little over $6 after S&S 15% by the way - a great deal as they're $8-9 in store last time I checked.5I was not aware that they had this amazing! Sensitive eye contact cleaning solution until I mention ...I been using Baush & Lomb products for a very long time, I only wear their contact lenses and their eye solution yet, I was not aware that they had this amazing! Sensitive eye contact cleaning solution until I mention to my optometrist that my contact lenses had been bothering more than ever before. He suggested I try Sensitive Eye Daily Cleaner So I ordered and patiently waited for it to arrive.I am so glad bought it, it is amazing, my lenses have been in my eye for 18 hours today and they have not given me any discomfort at all. I highly recommend people that are experiencing discomfort with their contact lenses to try it, please remember not to squeeze this in to your eye, it is intended only to clean the lenses not to apply directly to your eye.5Amazing stuff!As someone who seems to have a bit more protein production in their eyes, I needed something more than the one step solutions but also for my sensitive eyes. This cleaner fit the bill! After only two uses, in addition to the protein drops, my lenses felt like new! Saved me from having to throw away yet another pair of lenses before their time. Do I recommend the product? Absolutely!5Get these if you have sensitive eyes.so I've had contacts for several years. When I got my samples from the eye doctor, Puremoist products were everywhere....I guess it pays to advertise. Anyway, I tried several brands of rewetting drops and as always some worked better than others and some lasted longer and some didn't cause any irritation, but none of them would do both to the level that I liked. I mean who wants to carry around a little dropped in their pocket and have to pull it out over and over again.I saw these and had to try them. The reviews on various sites were all positive so I gave them a shot. Glad I did. they last, they don't cause irritation of any kind to me and the relief I get from the scratchiness of the dry contact is gone almost immediately.My only issue with these drops is they are hard to find in my town. I guess since amazon sells them, it's all good.5Caveat emptor!!!Total rip-off, not what it said it d be. Product description had pic of 1 FL OZ (30 mL) package and said pack of 3 . Instead of getting 3 1oz bottles of rewetting drops, I got1 bottle, an unwanted cheapo contact case, and a small sheet of L(eft) & R(ight) stickers for the case lids. 3 items, but not the pack of 3 bottles I was led to believe I d receive.1New Formula = New Burning EyesBeen using this product for years with no issues. It comes in a larger size, moisturizes properly and works well. Bausch & Lomb had a winner with this product. So, what is the logical thing for a large company to do with the perfect product? Change it, of course. For some reason, they decided to add a cleansing solution to the drops. And instead of something gentle like baby shampoo, they add something harsh that burns.Thanks B&L for fixing something that wasn't broken.1Burns And Leaves Red Streaks Down CheeksThis is horrible. I have used other rewetting drops and the fact that these are for 'sensitive eyes' is a joke. I read the reviews of others who agree - these BURN. Terrible product. It should be discontinued. DON'T BE FOOLED by the other reviews. Check out the 1STAR reviews who agree with me.1This cleanser is AMAZING!I ve always had sensitive eyes but recently my allergies have been acting up making it harder for me to wear contacts. This daily cleaning solution has helped me with my itchy, dry, and irritated eyes so much. This product isn t designed to go directly into your eyes but works very well to get any unwanted debris from the day off of your contacts.Since I ve been using it my eyes have been feeling alot better throughout the day as well. Usually i need eyedrops at least twice throughout the day, but now i dont even use them. I live in an area with alot of pollen, but that doesn t even matter anymore since I ve discovered this product, and it actually works!The price point is also very reasonable, and being able to order them right off of Amazon makes purchasing them even more convenient.5Itchy Burny MiserableBought three bottles of this and hate it. I think it's criminal how expensive this stuff is considering what it's made of. I bought this thinking it was cheaper and probably as good as the Walgreens brand rewetting solution I paid too much for. First dose. Itchy burny rewet effect.... and on and on. I can use it, but I have to put up with the half life effectiveness because it's a zero sum game. I can put up with the dryness or the itchy burniness. Hate this stuff. Walgreens rewetting solution was fantastic by the way. Going back to it because I was totally happy with the product.. just not the price.1
