I absolutely love these! I use benefiber on a daily basis ...I absolutely love these! I use benefiber on a daily basis because constipation is a side affect of a medication that I take. These are perfect for traveling because I don't have to worry about getting my fiber when I'm on the go. If you've never use this product before, I highly recommend it. It works well and keeps me regulated and feeling great. You can mix it in anything, even water, and it has no taste. When you first mix it it may clump up a bit. Just stir or shake the drink for 30 seconds and then let the drink sit for a minute or two. All of the clumps will dissolve, even if you mix it into a cold drink. 5Fiber has never "not tasted" so well beforeThey are not lying. These have zero taste, and that's a wonderful thing. Some other brands of fiber powder I've tried that are suppose to be flavor-less are definitely not flavor-less.I take one packet daily. I use a 1 pint water bottle and take a sip of it so there is more air in the bottle. I then dump the contents of one fiber packet into the bottle. I replace the cap on the bottle and shake it until all the fiber powder dissolves. Then I just drink the water as I sit at my desk. Absolutely zero taste, and the water remains crystal clear after the powder dissolves.This is a great way to add 3g of fiber to your daily diet with no mess or fuss.One (1) box contains twenty eight (28) individual fiber packets. So a box will last you almost an entire month, if taken once a day. 5It worksMy bowel movement sucks and I get constipated a lot. After two days of this stuff, it has helped alleviate the constipation and my belly looks flatter. It's worth the investment at least for me to purchase this. I will be using this in conjunction with probiotics. But no flavor and awesome. 5My New Best Friend. I Love You Benefiber!For many years I've suffered from IBS-D and bile salt diarrhea (gall bladder removal). Prescription meds, eliminating certain foods did not help my problem. I suffered on a daily basis with urgent explosive bouts of diarrhea sometimes lasting for hours. If I needed to leave the house for shopping, doctor appointments, etc. I had to take Imodium and it didn't always last the time I needed it to or it would cause constipation and cause me to suffer with that. Then a day or so later it would be back to diarrhea and twice as bad. I have only been using Benefiber for 6 days but have noticed much improvement having firmer stools and one or two movements a day rather than spending most of the day running to the bathroom. I take 2 teaspoons 3 times a day. In my coffee at breakfast, in my tea at lunch and supper. It's so easy to use, you don't even know it is in your beverage. Can't see it or taste it. I bought these on the go stix in hopes I will once again be able to leave the house and not have to worry about being near a bathroom. I will post an update in a few weeks. 5Five Starsregularity is good for the soul 5This Stuff is AMAZINGI was having GI issues that started around the end of October 2018. I went to a GI specialist, had diagnostic procedures, and they couldn't find any reason for my issues. I tried some supplements, but they were not helpful. After a Google search I came across the reviews for this and decided to give it a try. At the start I was also taking it with a Probiotic, but I got lazy and now I just take this. One packet per day and it has nearly eliminated my issues. I might still have a problem if I eat wildly without regard for what I'm doing, but for the most part this has made my system return to normal. You can dissolve it in water, juice, etc. They don't recommend putting it in carbonated beverages, but I have diluted it with flavored seltzer and it still worked. You can absolutely take it with plain water, though, because it COMPLETELY dissolves and has NO TASTE AT ALL. It's fabulous. The to-go packs are a little more expensive but the convenience is worth it. I have them in my purse, desk at work, and at home. 5
