Great productBreathRight strips really work wonders. They have changed my night sleep and my life. The only negative is that sometimes they stick too well and they can take skin off when they are removed. They are also hard on my skin when used for extended times night after night and sometimes I have to quit using them for several weeks to let my nose skin recover. I also use the "Extra" variety, but now am liking these smaller ones better because I can move them up or down my nose each night so as not to aggravate the same skin over and over every night.Wetting them thoroughly before removal helps or taking them off while in the shower. This way they pull less on my skin. 4Size is Everything.The reason I am mad is because of the deceptive way they were marketed in my case. I had been buying the original in drug stores and no problem. Then I went on Amazon and was tricked by faulty labeling into buying the small-med size which I would not want, instead of the original large size. The boxes of both are identical, adding to the confusion. Adding to this is the poor and faulty descriptions Amazon used. Something like size should be handled carefully and fully disclosed. I'm mad at both Breathe Right and Amazon for this kind of manipulative and deceptive labeling. It damages people's trust in everything. It seemed like they were pushing people into the small-med size without letting them know what was going on. 1The product AND the customer service need improvementThey work for sure, BUT..........they often pulled skin off my nose when I peeled them off in the morning. They also left adhesive behind which would become apparent only after I applied makeup. Two days ago, when I peeled one of them off (the Original Tan Nasal Strips), the layers delaminated. The tan fabric-like part separated from the spring strips-and-adhesive part, which made it even harder to remove.I called the GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) customer service number on the box (still had one unopened box and about 20 strips from an opened box; both purchased on Amazon) to ask if they could suggest another style. I was on hold (terrible music and constant "we're sorry for the delay" messages) 18 minutes! The rep was polite and patient, but as soon as I mentioned my skin peeling off in little bits, the call became a "case" and needed to be escalated. No call back that day or the next. I called again (13 min on hold). They still insist I need to speak to a "case manager." Forty-eight hours and still no call-back. 1They Work!!Been using these for years - the clear ones when I go out for daily business - the tan ones which seem to hold longer when I'm hanging around the house. My breathing problems come from having my nose physically re-arranged when I was much younger by other guys who I was drinking with who disagreed with some of my philosophies at the time. They more than likely still do. But these things work. Breath much easier with them. 5A life saver! (So, why was this 5 star review "hidden by sensitivity filter"?09-20-2019 I just learned that this review was "hidden by sensitivity filter".Will someone at Amazon PLEASE explain to me what's "sensitive" in the review below? Has anyone actually read the review?Don't think these do anything? Try them one night and see how you feel when you take them off in the morning. My wife literally can't sleep without the relief provided by Breathe Rights. I too find them helpful when I'm marginally congested.Some advice:1) Stick with the Originals. The adhesive on the clear ones doesn't hold as well. Those can peel off while you sleep. And don't panic, the Original tan ones do come off easily. If, you're reluctant to pull them off (think band-aid? though that's a bit of an extreme analogy), either peel them off slowly or hop in the shower with them on. The adhesive is water soluble. They'll peel off very easily after a couple of minutes.2) Make sure your nose is clean and dry. Take a hankie and wipe any oily residue off your nose before applying a Breathe Right. That ensures they'll stay on all night. 5Breathe right orignal TAN small/mediumthey help me get a better sleep every night ..what I do is just before I put on the strip..I moisten the center of my nose in the center of it the wipe it with a towel then I I take a pair of small scissors & I snip a piece of off one of those paper strips then I place it in the center of that strip so when I apply it on my nose it wont stick & pull the skin off & make it eventually bleed so its a win win situation for my nose & sleep too...:)I actually get the tan ones not the clear ...the clear ones have weak adhesive to them 5MUST HAVE for anyone with seasonal allergies or symptomsI use these strips every single night. If I even forget them I'm a disaster the next day!They really help open up the nose and get a good night's sleep.My only issue with them is that the ends are a bit pointy, and once in a while it will be itchy under the strip, but if I pull it off it doesn't go back on.I love these strips, and I may switch to the lavender scented one.I have learned to bend it backward a little to create a crease, which helps me put it in the right spot.I'll even wear it during the day sometimes, like in the attached picture, if m suffering from really bad allergies. 5I then gave her the lot number of the box I liked. The representative told me they no longer manufactured ...I have used Breathe Right Nasal Strips for many years. I called the company to discuss my dis-satifaction with these strips due to the change in the adhesive. The representative told me the adhesive is identical with the adhesive they have always used. I then gave her the lot number of the box I liked. The representative told me they no longer manufactured this Breathe Right product. I told her I never experienced the sticky residue before as I do with the current manufactured product. She then told me the current product will always leave a sticky residue and to remove it with mineral oil. I will go back to the spring product I used for years before Breath Right Strips were manufactured.I'm sorry users have to use this product that does not hold as well as the discontinued products. I will not be one of them. 1Can't Live Without Them!Are your nostrils very thin? Or do they "deflate" when you take a strong breath? If so, this product may make a huge difference in your life! By pulling the lower portion of the nostrils open, these strips allow you to take full, deep breaths through your nose.I have been using them for years. While I get the most benefit from them when I sleep, I even use them when I'm just at home alone relaxing because they make the simple act of breathing so much more comfortable.You may want to try the different styles available to see which one sticks best; I have found that the clear ones don't stick well, while the Original and Advanced both do. I also once made the mistake of buying an off-brand, and found that it was worthless.This is one of those "can't live without it" items that I would take with me to the proverbial deserted island! 5Very difficult to removeThey did help as needed in opening up the breathing overnight. However, they require a lot of soap and water to work them off in the morning. I have used the clear strips and they came off much easier. Stick to the clear strips if you need this product. 2
