My Favorite Fish Oil!Best fish oil out there. I would recommend taking them right before you take your first bite of food. That way the food sits on top and allows it to absorb. No fish burps that way either! I do get fish burps with these if I don't eat anything with them which is typical of all fish oil I think. Great product. These pills have been tested by a third party quality control and they appear to be one of the brands/types of fish oil with the least contamination by pollutants. 5Helps lubricate my very dry eyes.I use a combo of fish oil, evening primrose oil and flax oil gel caps to help my dry eyes feel better. Our family has used Carlson's fish oil for many years for an omega boost, so when I needed it for my eyes this was my brand of choice. It helps, along with eye drops for very dry eyes. Without these oils even eye drops do not work for more than a few minutes but when using them daily, I only need eye drops a few times a day. 5Essential for heart healthDoctor ordered this brand for my wife. So my guess is that someone with an eight year post-graduate degree in this sort of thing, who is merely trying to keep my wife healthy, knows what she's talking about. Best price on Amazon and beats our local health food store prices handily. 5Carlson's Fish Oil is the best, as usualI take 8-10 of these pills per day (with food) when I am traveling, as opposed to drinking 1 tablespoon of Carlson's Fish Oil in liquid form. It is tedious to take that many pills (and has a higher fat content than drinking the liquid) but it provides the same end result as the liquid fish oil. Very easy for travel. Huge tub of pills that will last me a long time. Very pleased and will order again as a travel necessity. 5Best quality fish oilI take this fish oil by the half tablespoonful twice a day. I'm convinced it keeps my cholesterol down and helps with my dry eyes. I buy capsules for my husband and my dogs. This stuff is exceptionally high quality. Coming from deep, cold water it is especially high in beneficial oils.Update: This shipper has a great price but took a very long time to ship. I ordered on the 16th and product did not ship until the 23rd.Update: Shipping was extremely slow the last time I purchased this. 5recommendedThis brand of fish oil was recommended by my personal doctor as being the best choice for me as I have a cholesterol/triglyceride problem (low...good/high..bad and high triglyceride levels). She said it is among the best because it actually has the percent fish oil the label says it does. She did say the liquid was a better choice than the pills, but my spouse takes them also, and it is easier for him to take the pill form. The results from my recent tests show a definite improvement in all my levels. I would recommend this product to anyone. 5No fishy afterthoughtsI hate fishy kickbacks and avoided oil supplements without an enteric coating. Unfortunately, it s not easy to find the good stuff that s also coated. I hoped that Carlson s added lemon would at least mask any fishy-ness, but it seems to work better than that. Maybe the oil is cleaner than I m used to, or the lemon is magical, or.. who cares! I wolf down 2 or 3 and forget about it. Works for me. 5
