Insoles smaller than stated.Package stated for women size 6-10. I wear a 7.5 and the pair I received looks like it is for sizes under 5 in women. Returning for refund. 1Back savers!I've been using these for years and they are incredible! When I worked 12 hr shifts in food service they changed my life! I still put them in my daily wear shoes now that I'm not on my feet all day and I still love them! My only constructive criticism is that I wish they extended the full length of my shoe so that I don't get an awkward flap around my toes. 5ExcellentFor me, these are by far the best of many, many insoles I have tried. Please, Dr. Scholl's -- don't discontinue this product! I have two backup pair in the closet, just in case. 5As good as custom orthoticsI used to get custom orthotics for foot problems related to flat arches and weak ankles. I tried these on a whim several years ago and have never gone back to custom. These are just as good, if not better, at a fraction of the price. Note that these are not the kind with gel pads or other gizmos - they are actually good sturdy support. They also purposely don't extend all the way to the front of the shoe, which leaves more room in the toe box for toes to lie flat. If you're looking for something "cushy feeling" in the bottom of your shoe, these may not be right for you, but if you're looking for good orthotic support, especially if you're on your feet all day, these are perfect with a good pair of ankle boots or sneakers. 5Best inserts!I can walk without pain! I am a teacher with plantar faciatis and heel spurs, over pronator and flat feet-no arches.......on my feet all day!! I tried expensive orthotics, didn't work. I use these with fitted cushioned sneakers, they must be changed every 6 months, but worth every penny!! I wear size 9 and they fit perfectly! 5Helped my metatarsal healI had metatarsal pain in my right foot that lingered for months. These are what finally helped it to heal. I had previously tried metatarsal pads that seemed like the right thing because they put a thick cushion under the ball of my foot. It kind of felt better when I was wearing it, but it never got any better.Like others, I was skeptical that these would help because they don't have any cushion to speak of in the metatarsal area. I think the key is the arch support they provide takes the strain off of the metatarsal bones.In any case, they did the trick and I'll keep wearing them to help prevent re-injury.I gave the a 4 instead of a five because like other have noted, the little sticky spot doesn't really keep them in place and because they are only 3/4 length, they tend to slide around a bit. Still, I am very glad I finally found a solution that works! 4Personally they seemed to hurt my feet rather than relieve pain...I suffer from sciatica and have one leg longer than the other...and I'm a server so I'm on my feet and running back and forth a lot during the day.... so I was looking for better support so that when I double especially I dont come home with my sciatica acting up so badly and my "dogs barking" so badly...I didnt take the original insoles out of my shoes and replace them with these simply because since they STOP like basically just before your toe that made my feel feel super awkward against the bottoms of either the shoe or area of the insole they laid atop of...so I tried to use them on top of my insoles already in my shoes...and MAYBE that's where my problem came from, but I'm not sure....Anwyays... these were strange cuz they actually seemed to help my right foot feel like it was more comfortable and supported, but it literally like made my left foot feel very bruised and in a ton of pain when I were to walk on it for the next few days after, especially when I didnt have it inside the shoes with the insoles and it was flattening in it's natural form again and such ...so I kept trying it put trial and error. Trying it for a few hours at a time and them taking it out so my foot wasnt using them ALL DAY and then coming home and flattening out... b ut it just only seemed to keep seeming like it was really messing with my left foot so I just gave up on trying to use either one cuz I didnt want to only wear the one in my right shoe as I figured that would probably mess up my whole stance and gait of my walk and mess with my back/leg/foot/sciatic nerve pain even worse.So I guess bottom line these didnt seem to help me personally. I think I might need a much more CUSTOM insole for the issues I have going on. 3Sweet relief and supportInsoles in general are a god-send when shoes themselves don't provide enough support. I had bought a pair of beautiful leather loafters from Repetto that are notoriously known for no support whatsoever (the quality of leather and construction of the shoe otherwise, though, IS impeccable - that's where the high price lies). I noticed that that I was getting leg/knee pain with these shoes, and when I slipped the insoles inside, this made it all go away. They don't get in the way inside your shoes and your feet/toes are never crammed. 5life savers!I have two pairs of these and they are a life saver!! I used my first pair in a pair of Sorel wedge boots that I wore 8+ hours a day while bartending and the second went into a pair of high heeled ankle booties that hurt the balls of my feet so bad I only wore them once in 10 years. But when I found these insoles I wear the booties all the time all night long!!! 5If I could give zero stars, I would. I really would.Don t waste your money. These are the most ill fitting insoles I have ever bought. The tiny bit of adhesive they put on the heel, does not stick. This being said, they slide forward leaving a half inch gap between the heel of the shoe and the heel of the Insole, giveing me blisters on both heels. I was walking my dogs this morning and just took them out and threw them away in the city trash, don t even care about returning them. Will never buy them again. 1
