Love it!I've been taking Intramax for years. I believe its the best multivitamin. While everyone around me gets sick, I rarely do.I recommend you take 1/2 dose in the morning & 1/2 dose in the evening. Since your body only absorbs what you needs - this will help you avoid creating expensive urine. 5 Not Happy!!Bought on Amazon.. expiration date was scrapped off and covered up with a sticker. By far the best supplement I have used over the years. 5Intramax 2.0 vs the previous IntramaxHave been taking Intramax for over 10 years as it was a great product, but was disappointed to see that the new Intramax 2.0 appears to have reduced levels of some key ingredients.Based on both labels here are the % reductions compared to the previous Intramax:Folic Acid: -50%Calcium: -40%Copper: -100% (Removed)Iron: -88%Magnesium: -50%Phosphorus: -100% (Removed)Potassium: -29%Selenium: -65%Zinc: -50%Vitamin C was increased by 20%, but it was already 1,000% of the Daily Value in the previous Intramax.I did the above list because I couldn't find any information online about the difference of Intramax 2.0, other than their claim of an "improved formulation".I hope they reinstate those minerals ASAP as we would like to continue taking it, but until they do it stays at 1 star from me.UPDATE 1: We just received the new version - it tastes disgusting! So not only have they cut many of the key minerals, now it also tastes terrible and leaves an ugly aftertaste.We used to look forward to taking it in the morning every day for 10 years. It replaced at least 15 different vitamins and minerals I was taking every morning. I cringed at the price and still do, but it is worth every penny. The price went up a bit here on Amazon since I started taking it. It originally was closer to $80, which is still a lot.
