DisappointedI'm disappointed in this product. I've used both the ketones and the multicollagen from Key Nutrients and would give 5 stars to each of them. I wanted to like this electrolyte mix, but there is undissolved sediment at the bottom that won't stay in suspension and if I manage to take a drink while the sediment is in suspension, it's kinda gritty. I used 2 scoops powder in 32 oz of water, shaken it vigorously multiple times, and it's been sitting @ room temp for several hours. The taste isn't bad but rather bland; I had to add a bit of sweetener. I could live with that, but not knowing which nutrients in this drink I'm not actually getting because it's bound in the sludge at the bottom of my drink really makes me not want to use it. :( I was hoping to use this to replace all of the multiple elements I use to make my own electrolyte drink. Good thing I picked this up on an intro sale.Update 10/6/19: I received the stock follow-up email from the company in which they explain that there will be sediment at the bottom of the drink because Ca, K, Mg are not water soluble, etc. I'm sorry - but my current individual electrolytes are perfectly soluble in water, and never leave a sediment, so I do seriously question the bioavailability of these elements in this product. Additionally, as a PSA: yellow urine as a result of taking B2 is NOT evidence of too much being excreted but rather evidence that it's being metabolized in the body (look it up). This is a good thing.2Taste amazingAmazing product! Taste amazing, great price for what you get. My husband deals with keto flu symptoms because he doesn t like the electrolyte drinks that we tried in the past. I made him take a sip he enjoyed it so much he took my drink, the brand new container of cherry pom to work with him to leave in his work area.
