I would totally recommend this.I had high liver enzymes and read somewhere about taking milk thistle. I ordered it and took it for about 45 days, my latest bloodwork was totally normal. Was it This or not? I don't know but I didn't change my eating habits. I would totally recommend this. 5Good for the liverI was told I had a fatty liver, so I bought this and it works well.
