I love MagnesiumI love this product, it helps me with depression, better sleep, and other bodily functions, lol. It just makes me feel good. I drink it before bedtime, and it s a part of my evening routine now. Great product.5Helps my pain!!!This works SO good for my chronic pain (sciatica). I use it morning and night, mix it with (organic) juice...if you mix it with orange juice it tastes like an orange creamsicle, lol. I sleep better, and my pain is a lot better when using this.5Good but not good enoughI now swear by magnesium for so many things since starting to use it nearly a year ago. I recently switched to this one because I liked the added probiotics but unfortunately I probably won t buy it again. It taste like someone dissolved a vitamin in water and it also takes forever to get it fully mixed with the water. The last sip is everything that fell to the bottom and did not dissolve no matter how long I stir it. Going back to my other brand3How to mixI got this in June and I use A shaker bottle when I mix It .. I m in love with this product it taste great I high suggest using a shaker bottle to mix ..5Keeps me regular & makes me sleepy.I don t like that garden of life was bought by nestle & have found replacements for all other GOL products but this one. I can t find anything that works as well.It keeps me regular, and I drink it right before bed and it makes me tired so it s a winner. I m a constipated insomniac lol. I used the pea version before they switched to rice, and I find the effects are the same, but the rice is harder to dissolve.4Citric Acid / Citrate Not GoodI can not recommend this because of the addition of citric acid, which will convert to citrate in this formula. Citrate interferes with Ceruloplasmin, which can lead to iron dysregulation & health issues. Please research Morley Robins FB group Magnesium Advocacy Group and the root cause protocol . It s eye opening and life changing. Citrate needs to go, along with citric acid. Look to NOW mag powder (with no additives) or Jigsaw.1Five StarsRecommend Magnesium if you are experiencing leg cramps during the night.5Miss the Pea Protein VersionThis version is not as good as the previous discontinued pea protein version. Somehow the dosage of this rice bran protein does not have the same effect as the previous pea protein version on my body.3Tastes Good and It WorksWeird taste after drinking the Calm brand, and quite a lot of residue in the cup but the taste is pleasant and I actually don t enjoy the other brand now. This powder worked well for me, more than happy and will reorder.5Does not mix wellI have been using magnesium power to prevent leg cramps for about a year now. So I was wanted to try this. I wish they would have left the probiotic out of it. They leave like a weird film on the glass. I followed the directions exactly and still does not mix well. It works, the taste is okay, but I won't buy again.2
