Not a Good FitI will say this it is a nice size case and sturdy.The one thing I didn't like is it is a bit tight to fit, when I open the case to use the reader the cuff was pressing down on it and the machine was turned on. Not good since it was draining the battery I would suggest a case that is side by side 3Case for OmronThis is an excellent hard case for the Omron BP786N BP monitor and cuff. The case is made of durable stain resistant material, it is light weight, yet strong and would certainly resist a crushing force, as in daily use or in travel. Cuff and unit fit in snugly so there is no movement inside the case when traveling. If you have the a/c cord and unit, it will fit into the cuff, and all goes in just fine. The zipper closing the halves together is flawless. The carrying strap attached (via a strong clip) seems smallish but adequate. This is a very good investment for your cuff and monitor. 5Great case, tight fitThe case is great. Made of quality material. Strong/hard enough to give a good protection. Easy to carry around. I wish if the case could be a little bit bigger, especially for the cuff. I sometimes have problem to fit the cuff in, if the cuff is not well/carefully wrapped (see last picture attached). The case is so tight that there is no room for instruction manual (I like to carry the manual so I could take a reference when I need it)After all, the case serves its purpose. 5Sturdy and durable case for my Omron 10 Series Wireless ...Sturdy and durable case for my Omron 10 Series Wireless blood pressure monitor. Everything fits perfectly inside of this case. Simple incert your machine into the flat surface area, roll up the armband as small as you can. Then carefully up unplug the cord from the armband from the machine. Fold it and tuck it into the middle of the arm band as well as the power cord. That's it, just snap it in to the top close it, zip it up and now your machine and armband is safe and secured. I would definately recommend this case to anyone with the Omron 10 Series monitor. 5A must have for your Omron 10.This case is perfect for storing and for travel with your Omron 10 (not included). The pictures they provide are very accurate The charger fits inside the pressure cuff when storing. We also keep our owner's manual in as you can see from my pictures. Someone mentioned that they had a strong odor with their purchase, but we did not have that issue. It is a hard case so keep that in mind if you have a narrow, harder, non-expandable suitcase. We had no issues with out expandable suitcase or our duffel bags. 5Fits my Omron 10 Series BP monitor perfectly!It took me awhile deciding which case to purchase for my Omron 10 BP monitor. I know some people thought this case was too tight of a fit. Well, all I can say is, this case is perfect! The cuff and cord, with the ac adapter sitting inside, fits exactly right in the lid. When you take the cuff out to use it, you can keep the monitor sitting in the case. Very convenient and easy. This case not only protects my monitor, but it's great for traveling. I'm glad I picked this case! 5Works as advertisedI gave it 5 stars because it does work as intended. I would suggest a couple of changes. I leave my unit in the hard case all the time. Normally, it sits on my desk and I check my blood pressure in the morning while I am browsing the previous evening's email, so I actually operate the unit while it is sitting in the hard case. To facilitate this, it would be nice if there was a "port", maybe with a velcro cover over it, so you could plug the AC adapter in more easily. You can plug it in, but you have to be careful putting the unit back in the case and the cord goes up over the zipper. Also, you can stuff the AC adapter in the sleeve when you travel, but a separate pocket would make that more convenient. Similarly, you can leave the cuff attached, but it either hangs over the edge, or you have to carefully stuff it up inside the cuff. If they could make it wrap around neatly inside that would be useful for using it inside the case. The Case keeps the Omron 10 in a neat package when not in use. For those that need to use their Omron 10 on a regular basis, the unit looks smart and takes little room on a counter. Packaged in the Caseling Hard CASE the Omron doesn't draw unwanted attention. The case looks like it will protect the Omron 10 from a five foot accidental drop. The Case has a lanyard that facilitates carrying the Omron 10 securely. 5" Perfect Fit For The Perfect Monitor "This case is the perfect size for the Omron 10 Blood Pressure Monitor , it doesn't allow the monitor to slide around . Also love the upper area for the cuff . There's enough room on either end of the cuff to also store the AC/DC wall plug adapter for the monitor . Just make sure to store the pronged end facing down so you don't scratch the face of the monitor . The case seems to be made of a durable , yet , somewhat giving material to protect your monitoring equipment incase it is accidentally dropped . It also comes with a 6 " looped carrying strap with a 1 " claw clasp . If I had to buy another one , I wouldn't hesitate buying this brand again . 5Easy to use but sophisticated instrument.The Omron 10 series BP monitor is everything I wanted in blood pressure measurement. The instrument has a bright white LED display with real time data, pulse detection. Data storage and data review capability with Bluetooth transfer.. Supports two users and their associated datasets. Cuff is well constructed and easy to properly put on. I bought the hard case accessory which provides compact protection. Dual power feature (AC -> 12V wall wart or battery power) is a great feature making the device suitable for travel.Sophisticated measurement parameters are available e.g. a 'True Read" mode which is three (3) complete measurements with user selected time (15, 30, 60, 120 second) interval between measurements. An average is calculated but all three readings are stored and accessible. The Omron app for transfer from instrument to smart phone is very cool. I plan to use the app to show my health care provider multiple readings per day over a month. Obsessive? Maybe but BP data over the course of day combined with the clock time of medicine dose may provide some insight. 5
