Abysmal ProductThese come two to a box. I wanted to use them for heat. I followed the instructions for warming them up in the microwave. Testing them out first with my microwave to make sure it didnt get too hot. The 3rd time I used the first one, it popped open inside and the liquid started leaking out of the outside in small amounts. I tossed that one and started using the second one. Again, went through the tests making sure it didnt get too hot. Well, the 2nd time I used it, i tried to warm it up and it didnt get too warm so I put it back in for an additional 10 seconds and it warmed up and again popped from the inside and began to form holes on the outer cover, leading to small leaks in the liquid. I would not recommend this product to purchase. It does not last.1Tiny but MIGHTY!I use SEVERL ice packs daily for various health issues. I was pleasantly surprised when receiving and using your product for the first time, as your hot/cold packs were tiny but MIGHTY! They hold the cold for much longer than I could imagine for their size compared to all other ice packs I have ever used! Thank you. I hope they hold us well after many years of use. Here are my pros and cons.Pros: Gets cold quickly! I can re-ice an are several times a day. The size doesn't take up too much room in my freezer. I like that it can also be heated. The heating process can be done very quickly even from a frozen state. Heating worked well for my neck with this size.Cons: It gets extremely stiff when frozen for a long period which means you may have to let it thaw depending on what area you are trying to do. Personally wish it was a tad longer to go around a foot easier. Has an odor when heated.Overall very happy with this product!4Great hot/cold packsHigh quality hot/cold packs. We have some packs that remain a flexible gel when frozen, which is what I wanted, but these crystallize when frozen and get stiff.4Great Ice PackFor sometime, we have been looking for a smaller, rectangular ice pack that will fit comfortably behind the neck when seated on our easy chairs. We couldn't find them at the pharmacies. The ones that we had before were old, well worn, and finally ready for retirement. Then we found these on Amazon. They arrived quickly and were just what we wanted. Once in the freezer, they were ready to use within an hour. They appear to be sturdy and not too bulky, which is what we wanted. When an ice pack is too thick, it is uncomfortable on the neck. Included with the ice packs was a card that states that the customer will receive a free ice pack for writing a review. Since we generally write reviews anyway, that was a bonus.5DisappointedI was really disappointed on how nonflexible they are once they re frozen. Not all ice packs are like this.I had to use a very old one after I got my steroid shots in my neck. And then I realized I had to bend this one while I put it in the freezer so it will be curved to my neck1The Velcro wrap is everything!These packs are just the right size and stay cold for a long time. The Velcro holler/wrap is super convenient and makes it easy to hold in place anywhere on the body, even the shoulder. Great but, great price!5
