I can squeeze out more with my bare handsI bought this item to use for my eczema ointment medication which comes in a tube. When it's almost gone it's really difficult to get the last bit out and it's an expensive product that I don't want to waste. I bought this hoping it would help me squeeze out more instead of having to throw away a couple days worth of ointment each time. I tried it and it did not push out any more ointment, and in fact I can do a much better job on my own. I know this is not the intended use of this product but I gave it one star because it does not allow me to return the item, so not only does it not work but I cannot get my money back, so I bought this hoping to save money and instead threw $7 in the trash.1Great productI am so glad to find these, I had one many years ago I loved it. It was made of China and it broke, I have been looking for this type for a long time. They are simple to use, they stand up and don t leave a big footprint on your bathroom vanity, and these don t break. I would have given 5 stars except for the red color. I can use the white one, but the red one does not go with any of my bathrooms. A great product definitely will buy again if this one wears out.4These work great. The key twists the empty section of the tube easily so every bit of the toothpaste is used with no fuss. Have one for my husband and I and for each of the two kids. Highly recommend this product.5must haveIf you ever got tired of a floppy half-used tube of toothpaste lying around your medicine cabinet, you need these. They are easy to install and work great. The only nit I have is that I wish they were just a tiny bit wider to match the width of the toothpaste tube, however in use, that "defect" has not proved significant.When the toothpaste tube is used enough, you can stand it on this device and take up even less space. Most important of all, you can use up the entire tube with little or no waste.I have not tried it, but I suspect that it would work well for any type of product that comes in a tube.Cheap and effective. Highly recommend.5How the cylinder works.The cylindar you put on your toothpaste is too large. I had to stuff in some foil to get it to work.1Sturdy stand so your toothpaste doesn t fall!These are awesome! We keep our toothpaste in the medicine cabinet above a toilet. The toothpaste we prefer has a tiny little cap, so if we try to stand the toothpaste tubes upright on the cap, they inevitably end up tipping over (and sometimes falling in the water below). Gross! These little stands allow us to get the last amounts of toothpaste out while also providing a stable base to stand the toothpaste tubes up on. Genius! The base has a non-slip rubber backing, so no worries about it sliding around the shelf. Even when the tube is brand new and full (see pic)! Conveniently solves one of life s minor little annoyances.5Works for me. Money well spent.Can't understand the complaints about this item not working or being made of flimsy material.First of all, you can't put your tube in this until some of the toothpaste has been used and you have a flattened end to work with.It doesn't seem flimsy to me at all, but if you try to force it when there is nowhere for the paste to go, I guess you could break it.When all of the toothpaste had been squeezed out, you need to remove it from this device and squeeze out the rest by hand. The roller will stop at the "collar" of the tube near the cap and can't get to what is left up there. It doesn't seem like a big deal to me.5Did not work with Sensodyne toothpasteI was unable to use this with Sensodyne 4.0 oz toothpaste, which has a slightly rounded bottom end. The tube slipped out of the rotating squeezer slot after about 1/2 turn of the handle. This happened repeatedly, every time. The squeezer might work with a tube with a straight edge, but it certainly didn't work for me. Note: I have previously used several other brands of squeezers on Sensodyne toothpaste without any problem. The construction of this item was sturdy enough...it just didn't work for me.2Worth the PriceI didn't expect much based on how cheap these were. But they are much sturdier than I thought they would be and are easy to use. Assuming they don't end up breaking easily (in which case I'll update this review), I'll be very satisfied with my purchase.5Hefty feel and nice clean look.I like these. I always used the old stype small double sided slide type tooth paste squeezers before. Often I would take those old style off and double over the empty end to feed back thru so there wasn't so much empty tube flapping around on top. Sometimes I would still squeeze the tube in front of the slide because moving those type when you have doubled over the tube can be a pain. Plus air gathers in the back of the tube in the old slide style, BUT not in these fancy ones cuz the empty tube is rolled up inside. I am glad I spent a little extra for them cuz no more squeezing the tube for me. If the tooth paste tube is wide you might have trouble, but all the ones I had fit so far. I had two special formulas that had fancy crescent shaped ends and won't work, but I just used the old slides on those tubes. I'm very happy with them. They work nice, look cleaner and classy even. Your not gonna leave anythhing in the tube using these.5
