Sugar Free - need I say more???Was unable to find the sugar free ones when I was shopping. So looked on Amazon and of course Amazon carried the sugar free one. I have dry mouth so I use a g great deal of sugar free mints. These also help settle a tummy if you are prone to indigestion. Will continue to order.5Spendy for size, and beware of an added "bonus" I wanted something at work to try and take away afternoon candy/snack cravings, and a co-worker recommended these. I've had the Wint-O-Green mints before, but the sugar-free variety was harder to find, so I placed an order on Amazon.This order had twelve small packages of sugar fee Wint O Green Mints in one box. There are approximately 20 individually wrapped mints per each small bag. For twelve bags, I thought the price was a little spendy - almost $27.00.I also noticed that the mints did nothing to curb my candy cravings - it just made me pop more mints. When popping more mints, I came across the added unwanted "bonus" of the sugar-free mints having a type of laxative effect. Not really what I was looking for in my mints.Taste of these is typical Wint-o-Mint, and can be overwhelming and tongue numbing if you eat too many (as I apparently did). As a child of the late 70's and early 80's, the Wint-O-Green reminds me of the old candy cigarettes I loved to eat but that my mother would never buy for fear I would pretend I was smoking them. Kind of a chalky Pepto Bismol flavor. Ahhh, the memories. Truth be told, I'd much rather a candy cigarette over these. 3Great for the breath and avoiding lung cancer. After years of smoking and having to give it up....this really helps those hard moments. So glad they taste so good...I have a friend that has taken up the same thing. He loves them also. 5Not As DescribedThese rolls are not as described. They are not the .84 ounce rolls. They are the smaller .72 ounce rolls. Reading the reviews, I see this problem goes back at least to 2014. I think I was caught by it a couple of years ago, too. Why has this not been corrected? As another reviewer mentioned, we are being shortchanged by the equivalent of 6 rolls.1Thanks for making these available! My dad loves me!When I was a little girl, my dad would give me a peppermint lifesaver from a roll he kept in his pocket when he carried me! I used to have dreams about those lifesavers! These get expensive buying one small bag at a time locally. Prefer to buy in one large bag to make it less packaging waste, but at least I can buy a larger quantity and save a little money. 5Pop 1 at a time in my mouth to ward off hunger, delish!I always loved sugared Lifesavers, until I got Diabetes II and ruined my beautiful teeth with them. So Lifesavers finally came out with the Sugar Free!. :) I tend to overdo it but enjoy one in my mouth at all times. They are NOT without calories. The bag used to say 5 calories per but it is 10 (TEN) calories per mint on the back of each bag's information so keep it in mind. 10 for the day does equal 100 calories and it's easy to use 10 over a long, day. I get them here because I save money over CVS or Walgreens by 40 percent except when they have a sale on them, which isn't often. (Price lowered or buy 1 get 1 free.) I order a case (five boxes of 12 or 14?) per every 2 month order. When I was ordering every month, changed to 2 months Amazon tried to ship it anyway but my Debit card was cancelled and I got a new one. Eating any kind of mint (peppermint, spearmint, wintergreen, etc) seems to help me quell or stop any urges to smoke, especially when the urge is strong. I recommend rolled mints because they can be carried in your pocket several rolls at a time. It helps to keep them "clean" by folding over the cover until you want more. The rolls are so much easier than individually packed mints.5One Star Acts as a horrible laxative. 1Only way I can get these Pep-O-Mint Life SaversFor some mysterious reason, there are a lot of places now that I can't get Life Savers Pep-O-Mint. You can get BREATH savers all over, but these are what I want and what I love. This is the only way I've found to get them, so this is the way I get them.5
