I have not been taking it long enough to see those results yet but I do notice that the rosacea on my face has lessened. From all that I have read about Olive Leaf Extract, I will continue to take it. I also have osteoarthritis and yesterday was the first day in the pool for the season and I don't hurt today like I normally do after that first day of exercise.5BUILD YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM with Olive Leaf Extract Olive Leaf Extract can be traced back to Bible times as the leaf of the olive tree gave health benefits. I have a 20 page report prepared by a Medical Doctor who researched many studies on olive leaf for various ailments. It showed how olive leaf helped especially build the immune system. Olive leaf may cause the die-off effect as the body is getting rid of toxins. I know a lady who took 2 capsules a day for bronchitis which she would get every 6 months. While on olive leaf, she never got bronchitis. Also in 4 weeks her blood sugar dropped from 149 to 95 normal. . Her Glucofage prescription never got her blood sugar below 149.
