Love these!Love these!! This helps a lot!! I wear these with flats, sneakers, and boots. Instant difference and helps those of us with painful bunions!!!I wash them every night with hand soap and they are good to go in the morning. 5They work!I now have 3 of these and I love them! I started exercising again to incude walking and other cardio and my bunion would just ache and ache. I had surgery and removed the left big toe bunion but recovery was so long that I have put off doing the left one. I found these and they saved me (or at least bought me some time). Just one thing about them....they are squishy and they basically always work but if you have a shoe that doesn't have much toe box room then the shoe feels tighter which is no fun. So they don't always work. 5Depends on the shoes you wear...They are comfortable to wear. Easy to get on and off. Because they obviously add to the "size" of your foot, it is tight in some of the shoes. And I do end up with the shape of it impressed into my foot in most of my shoes. While it helps keep my bunion from hurting, I feel like it created other circulation issues in its place. 3they move on your footI use these and they are helpful so I give them two stars, but I need to use athletic tape on my foot to help try to hod them in place.. They still move hurting my bunion. I just bought self contacting flex roll or self contacting ace wrap to hopefully hold the guard in place. Haven't used yet to give an honest opinion but feels better then any brace or other contraption I have found to cushion the area. 2Bunion pain no more!I have bunions on both feet, and one of them has a corn / callus on it, resulting in extreme discomfort wearing mini of my shoes. My foot doctor recommended this gel pad for bunion pain, but it was a little pricey in his office. Had a lightbulb moment and decided to check on Amazon -- lo and behold, I find it for about half the price! Wore it just one day and was absolutely delighted with how well it worked to alleviate the pain. This is an amazing product! 5Awesome invention!I hadn t worn my Giorgio Armani pumps for the last 5 years because the right foot hurt so much along the right side of my foot. I m using this gel pad, and my foot is completely pain free!UPDATE: While this item works well as I mentioned above, after a few wears, it no longer stays in place. It flops over the rim of the shoe, and I find myself constantly pushing it back down in place. 3Great! Could be better!Great product! Comfortable, not noticeable, relieves pressure from walking during my 12.5 hr shift. You can feel something between your pinky toe but it's so soft you can't even tell.I removed 1 star because for the price, I thought I was getting the pair...not just one. So I'm going to order another for my other foot...total cost $15 Which as much as my plantar fasciitis insoles. Just got it last week, don't know how it will hold up in the long term. 4These work great!I was a little skeptical but my doctor recommended trying something like this for my bunion... WOW, am I glad I did! It has really decreased the pain from my bunion. I was at the point where my bunion would throb and was painful almost all the time. Now, I rarely remember that I have a bunion because the pain is almost all gone. I bought a second one as a backup to have in case my first one wears out. I highly recommend trying it. 5Amazing how helpful this little thing is!Bought this before a tip to Disney this summer. That little piece of silicone made all the difference as we hiked all over the park for 4 days. (I did tape it in place since I wasn't wearing socks, as suggested by another reviewer.)
