Takes time but definitely works.For ten or more years I have been plagued with nails that crack, break and split, as well as de-laminate like cheap plywood. I tried a few things, but nothing helped until this. I have now been taking it for four weeks, and I can now see a significant improvement. No - it does not stop all nail damage - I lead a very active lifestyle that pretty much assures the occasional mishap. However, after four weeks I definitely incur less damage and breakage than ever before. The de-lamination has greatly lessened, and they are growing stronger as time passes. I am optimistic this product will continue to improve my nails as they grow out (it takes four to six months to fully replace a nail). So in summary, this product is pretty helpful after a month of daily use. 5Great!I'm on my 2nd bottle of these. I take 2 a day and my hair and nails grow like weeds. Also they taste good. 5Be aware if you need certain blood tests when you are taking this....Seems to make my nails grow faster and maybe my hair. Haven't noticed it any stronger or thicker, but didn't really expect that. Something to be aware of: My doctor told me that anyone taking biotin should STOP for at least a week prior to any blood tests as taking biotin could cause a false negative or positive. At the very least let your doctor know if you are taking biotin. 4Perfect supplementI've taken Biotin for years to help with my hair and nails. Generally, I take this about 5 times a week because I cannot seem to remember to take it every single day. This works just as well as other brands I've tried, and does not have any adverse side effects. I loved that it was a quick dissolve tablet, which tastes like strawberry so it goes down quite easily. I will repurchase again when I run out of this bottle. 5These will work at giving you long and healthy hair!I was trying everything to get my hair to grow and my hairstylist recommend that I take Biotin. Within a few months of taking these, my hair was noticeably thicker and longer.I have only found this particular product on Amazon. In a pinch, I have tried other brands available at my drug store, but the Natrol's Fast Dissolve 5000 are the very best.Some Biotin products say they are for "digestive health," I recommend people to stay away from these types as they gave me very bad stomach aches. Other brands only offer the swallow pills and for convenience purposes, I prefer the dissolve tables much more. Plus these actually taste pretty good! I take one every night, before bed. Aside from now having healthy and long hair and nails, I have not experienced any other side effects. Awesome.I recommend these to anyone who wants longer and thicker hair. 5Seems to be working!I have really fine and thin hair and I wanted to see if I could stop the hair loss. I'm on my second bottle of Natol Biotin and my hair seems to be doing much better. I have noticed more little hairs popping up my hair line. I also noticed that my nails are really strong and growing so fast! and I've never been able to grow nails! So, there you are. Also, the strawberry flavor is delightful. 5I saw no difference in skin, hair or nails.It's so hard to say if this is working at all. The taste is fine, it melts easily. It breaks in half easily. I have terrible psorasis and was hoping this would help but after two months of taking it I have zero change in skin or hair which is what this vitamin is supposed to be so great for. I added it to my other B vitamins for MTHFR gene that I take them for. Price is good but since i see no help in any area I think I will not be buying these again. It is also relevant to note that Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is approved for use as a binder in pharmaceutical tablets because of its ability to pass through the body when ingested or absorbed, according to Wikipedia. 1three weeks in and still hoping for resultI have been taking this routinely for two weeks now but haven't seen expected results; but here is hoping.I take half a tablet each time (that means twice a day to meet the suggested one tablet a day) because I get a headache if I take the whole 5000mcg at onceIt is now three and a half weeks in. I still havent seen SIGNIFICANT impact BUT I swear I think I am seing FOUR new strands of hair that I didn't have before on the center of my forehead hairline .... so my hairline is now just starting to form "M" shape. Cannot wait whether in six months I will see significant result 3It works!I started using this product 9 months ago and it has made a tremendous difference in my hair and my nails. I am 81 years old and my hair was thinning and dull. It is now what it used to be. My nails were splitting and now they are not. I recommend this product. 5
