When one a day is all you need!We have been happy with every product from New Chapter (preNatal, postNatal, Fish Oil, etc.). These 40+ men's are a bit big, but hey, they need to be if you only want to take ONE A DAY. There is another 40+ from New Chapter that is 3 a day, that has nearly identical nutrient content and they are probably smaller, but you take THREE A DAY, and cost more per 'dose'. Love that I can take them on an empty stomach, since it is fermented, and has some probiotic effectiveness (My wife says I can use all the help i can get, not sure what she means by that!). 5My body agrees 100%I love this product and my body just feels awesome when I take this vitamin daily. I know it is working and purchased other vitamins for my family which is suited for them. 5Useless if it doesn t break down and absorbWanted a great vitamin and this brand does not fit the bill. Did not see the normal/expected color change during urination and confirmed the tablets failed a simple absorbency/dissolve test. Left the sample tablet in the mild acidic solution overnight just to see what happens and the tablet was still 50% intact after 12 hours! Returned the product for another brand. 1Five StarsYour results may vary, but my husband claims these vitamins have improved his vision. 5Good ValueI hit that age and so I got them.
