I felt more energetic, my mood was enhanced, even my lebito was more alive. I feel that it's necessary to say that I am in good shape and in my upper 20's. I don't slack when it comes to taking care of myself, I just wanted to do more. I didn't feel I lacked in any of these area's that were improved, but they improved nonetheless, and I can feel the difference if I stop the multivitamins for more than a couple of weeks. I've tried many different types of multivitamins in the past and these come in far first place. I highly recommend them. 5Another Miracle ProductI have tried many different B Supplements, but food based works the best. This is the only one that I can actually feel the next day that I've taken. I have some much energy and feel great. And when I stop taking my body will even ache, so I know it works. I also use their Calcium supplement and so I say the same thing here. I am guilty of not taking regularly because I'm concerned my body will get used to the ingredients and stop working. So I skip a day here and there. I know this sounds crazy, but I know my body. I haven't taken any pain killer, shot, medicine, aspirin or anything foreign to my body in almost 30 years. So my aches are not masked by drugs that so many in our society are on. In fact I'm a firm believer if we could get the nutrition from our food and all ate right we would have no need for drugs, but because we can't I have sought out all natural organic style food based vitamins and minerals, and I buy New Chapter, and this is my daily "Man Pills" I'm age 49, and I buy their calcium too. Great Products, I buy regularly. 5Could care less.After a few days this product made me smell like onions below my waist, if you know what I mean, which is not normal. I guess because it's all natural vegetables that had something to do with it but that is not attractive especially if you are very well active with women to be smelling like onions down there. Once I noticed that I knew I wouldn't buy this again. Feeling results , I didn't feel any different than taking something like a men's one a day multivitamin and this was no different except for the price tag was more expensive and the quantity that you get in this bottle and the recommended dosage was off/bad meaning this one bottle would not last you one month.
