Great for anxietyMy psychiatrist recommended this to help manage my panic attacks. It takes about a week to build up but works a treat once it does. Remarkably effective for anxiety. 5Great Supplement made gelatin derived from fish :)I have been taking this product for over a year AND counting :) Contrary to popular belief, these don't have any smelly or fishy taste! I am physically active and I am 100% confident that this has been reason for healthy heart, brain, and immune and nervous systems. When I run out of this stuff, I do not research any other companies. From the research I have done, the gelatin used in this product is also derived from fish! This is great for someone like me who tries to stay away from pork gelatin products. 5Check your labels!Received the wrong product. The blue label arctic omega IS NOT the same thing as arctic cod liver oil. Arctic omega label says derived from sardines and anchovies. Arctic Cod Liver Oil is more expensive, make sure you're getting what you paid for! The biggest selling point before trying Nordic Naturals was their claim of a great lemon taste. Let's face it, I want my fish oils but I don't want to burp up fish essence all day long. They do not lie; the taste is of lemon for sure. Another check on the pro's column is that the product is non GMO certified and purity tested by a third party. I've been using this product for well over a month and have noticed a difference in my skin most obviously. I'd have to be tested for all the other claims .. I don't feel any smarter and my heart seems to be working just fine but it was already doing so. However, my skin ... it feels more hydrated, if that makes sense. 5Our naturopath gives her strong approval of this productI totally trust these Nordic Natural Cod Liver Oil soft gels. The research I've done was clear that not all fish oils are created equal -- and if I'm taking something for a purpose, I want it to fulfill that purpose, not just give me expensive urine. Also, how this product is acquired and made is impressive. And to add icing on the cake, when I showed my naturopath this product, she was VERY approving, telling me to "keep taking it."Of all the supplements I take, these soft gels are the largest, but because they are soft gels, there is no problem getting them down. At all.Read the write up on this product for yourself - these are made from wild-caught, cold water cod. The WILD caught is important -- there's a ton of researching out there stating you don't want any food or products made from farmed fish, especially if you want your supplements to do what you expect. Yes, the product is a tad pricier than other CLO products, but this is truly a situation where you get what you pay for. Everyone in my family takes this, and nobody has EVER experienced any after-taste -- a huge plus. And, like I said, the naturopath is giving us her approval.
