Blue CaneThis is a good looking and sturdy cane. It can hold up to 300 pounds. You can adjust the height by turning the piece that screws on the cane; then pressing the gold button and sliding it into the hole for where you want it. It also stands up on carpet or bare floors. This cane stands up better than most canes. I got this for a gift, but I tested it first. This would be a great gift for anyone who needs a cane. 5Simple, great looking, durable. Mom loves it!!This cane is great for my 80 year old mom. It helps her to walk better and she told me she is feeling more secure. The pattern is Unisex and stylish. There are other brands that are a lot more expensive, has lights but it falls all the time and is impossible to keep it standing by itself. 5Don't bother.I ve bought this cane twice. Each time the little adjustment knob got stuck in when I pushed it in to change the length of the cane. The first time I called Nova for suggestions to try to fix it. Their suggested fix required a pliers and operating on the cane with an unbent clothes hanger. I m not kidding. But Amazon was willing to accept a return and I figured that maybe I just got a lemon. So I ordered a replacement and the same problem occurred the day I received it. This time it went right back in the box for a return the next morning. It s too bad. The self-standing tip is great and I like the comfortable foam handle. But after getting two defective canes and finding Nova s repair suggestions both laughable and insanely difficult, I'm comfortable saying don t bother with this cane. Check out the other negative reviews. The problem with the adjustment knob is a recurring theme. 1Great cane!This is my second Sugarcane. I purchased the 1st one after hip replacement surgery to advance first from a rolling walker to a regular quad cane to a Sugarcane. I gave my first one to a friend who uses a straight cane but needed a little more support, which this definitely offers. If you require less support than a quad cane but more than a straight cane, this might work for you. It's lightweight but still stands on its own, the rubber on the bottom is sturdy and wears well, although I purchased a replacement just in case walking outdoors wears it out quicker than indoors. Great cane. 5Love that it stands alone - got so tired of ...Love that it stands alone - got so tired of picking my cane up. Now that I have used my regular cane longer - I was getting better at notletting it fall. But this one is perfect for shopping when you don't have to use it constantly but can let go to pick up an item andput it in your basket or on a counter or at church. 5Pretty and Functional CaneI had to get a cane when I had knee surgery earlier this year. Thankfully I don't have to use it now, but it was great when I needed it. Very pretty with butterflies on it. I got a lot of compliments on it. It has a button you push to adjust the height. Sturdy handle and base. Worked well for me. 5Rubber Bottom Broke after 6 weeks!I bought the cane on February 9th and the rubber bottom split today. The window for returns closed on March 13th. Not happy..... 2nicely finished and stableAfter having back surgery I needed a cane too help walk. I am a 5"11; and approx. 250 lbs and needed some stability for my right leg. This has been an exceptional cane with a exceptionally stable , nicely finished and stable, made with high quality materials . I would highly recommend and am very satisfied with the black Nova Sugar Cane.. 52 Months After Total Knee ReplacementHad my knee replaced on Sept. 11, 2017... 2 mos later I found this gorgeous cane to help me get back into walking. The angle on this cane perfect of you have wrist issues or arthritis in your hands/finger joints. Soft grip handle & very sturdy. The 4way type base, is all terrain & is perfect for anyone who loves to walk- grips to any kind of ground or flooring it is used on & also stands alone due to base when not in use. Highly recommended, fast service & fast delivery. 5Love this caneLove this cane. I had hip replacement surgery. I previously used a single prong cane for a prior knee surgery. I started of using that, but the stability wasn't there. This cane gives me much more stability, it's sturdy and it's fashionable. Get compliments all the time. Highly recommend. 5
