These go bad if not refrigeratedHELLO IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU PUT IN BIG BOLD PRINT THAT THESE CAN GO RANCID IF NOT REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING!THATS IMPORTANT INFORMATION.PUT IT ON THE FRONT OF THE BAG. Not in fine print on the back where your customers care to look. Important information is put in plain sight.Now that s out the way.These taste good. Make me feel good. They fit my diet well. No allegoric reactions. I eat 6 a day, everyday no problems!5I eat three a day for the selenium. But ...I eat three a day for the selenium. But don't eat any more than that because selenium is toxic in too large a dose.5Fresh and nutritiousI was not expecting to like these nuts very much but they are actually good. I refrigerate the reclosable bag of nuts after I snack on about 5 each day. There are about 15 servings per bag! They have remained fresh and so yummy! These expire 4/2020. They are certified USDA Organic and Non GMO verified. Packaged in the USA in a peanut-free facility that processes tree nuts. They are an easy and excellent source of magnesium. The bag states that Brazil nuts are one of the richest known natural food sources of selenium. Dr. Michael Greger says the same thing. Just 5 nuts provides 18% of the daily value of magnesium and 70% of selenium. Only 2g of carbs and 2g of fiber. My only complaint is that it is challenging for me to not eat the whole bag of nuts in one sitting!5I love theses nuts!!!!!!!You know! You can suck these nuts all day! Munching on theses nuts don t get any better! If you want some thick hardy nuts in your mouth, theses are for you! Also when you have theses big nuts in you mouth, you will notice that they are not salty. I hate salty nuts! And if your a CAB! Theses nuts will be all in your mouth! 100% A++++++5Fresh and goodAlways fresh and good. I have ordered this product many times. I eat 2-3 a day for my daily requirement of selenium.5
