The oils are not the best quality. The smell of certain oils are very ... So far I've ordered the Lavender, Eucalpytus, Peppermint package, and the Tangerine, Lemon, Orange package. I couldn't resist ordering because the reviews were decent and the price per oz was so cheap. Now (haha) I totally understand why that is. The oils are not the best quality. The smell of certain oils are very faint while some others are too alcoholic smelling. The biggest disappointment was the lavender. I've used many different lavender oils, and this one from NOW Foods is my least favorite. It's okay for using in cleaning products or to mix in the diffuser. Another questionable one is Tangerine, which is VERY orange and leaves stains. If you're looking for oils to mix into products, these are a great deal (especially for the stronger smells like peppermint and eucalyptus, where delicacy/purity of smell isn't as important). Otherwise, I'd recommend spending a little more money on a brand like aura cacia/ plant therapy/ eden's garden. 3Weak and ineffective These oils were definitely not fresh. They were incredibly weak and not potent at all. I have the same exact brand from a local health food store, and they are much stronger and more effective. 1Patchouli too strong, but great otherwise! I do not care for the Peace & Harmony blend AT ALL - the smell of patchouli is far too strong for my liking. But the other blends are very pleasant, and they have worked well in my diffiuser and in various other applications. While I wouldn't purchase this set again, I do appreciate the excellent value and variety of scents. The Mental Focus and Clear the Air blends kind of smell similar, but are just subtly different that I don't mind having both. The Naturally Loveable blend is very floral and warm but not synthetic smelling in my opinion. I think this set would make an especially nice gift. 4One Star 2 bottles arrived completely empt 1not so good i'm no expert, but these seemed really weak. two smelled the same, with the orange smelling weak but good. only one of the three bottles had protective wrap over the bottle... not sure if this particular brand is not so good, or what i got wasn't authentically this brand. 2Smells great but package arrived and bottles had leaked I received this item today and could smell the wonderful aroma upon bringing it into my house. Unfortunately when I opened the package each bottle had leaked. I ve attached a picture. I ve also communicated with customer service but not sure how I should proceed on returning and reordering this. Please advise. Thanks I m advance for your assistance 1Can't be pure they don't smell right at all! They smell nothing like the oils I have bought from more trusted, well known brands. I only tried bc I was out of tea tree oil and needed it quick as I was using it from a different brand to treat a wart on my daughters knee (successfully!) and then I got these and they smell awful. They can't the pure they must be diluted and they did a poor job of it for sure. Not impressed. Never using this brand again. 1Tangerine Oil Is Awful! The rest are great.. I ordered this set mainly for the peppermint and eucalyptus scents as I was running low on some of my lower end oils that I just diffuse for scent. ( I use the cheaper oils for scent only). My main issue isn t with the set itself, it s the tangerine oil. It s so thick it clogged my diffuser. I don t know if I got a bad bottle or what s happened but it also smells like rotted fruit. I ve used other tangerine oils before and I own a higher end tangerine oil ( plant therapy) that I use for whatever I need besides diffusing and it s nothing like this sap of an oil that s in this Now Essential Oils bottle. Stay away from the tangerine oil! By itself or in the sets Now foods sells. I don t have an issue with any of their oils for diffusing for scent only but this one... wow it s the worst. 3Blissful Thinking Trio I bought the blissful thinking trio because I needed a Sandalwood for a roller ball I am making (and why not have the other two). I have purchased this brand several times and all of the oils have been 100% pure. The Sandalwood is not, instead it is a 14% oil blend with Jojoba Oil. Very disappointed because now I have to return three oils in order to purchase a single oil. 1Good quality, and good Product. I love these oils, im using them to restore my hair. It is curently March 2018, and I ve been using them since Oct 2017. With the use of these and other products my hair has grown 4 inches. I use these with olive, Pepperment, neem and rosemary. I still have half a bottle still in all of them. Good buy. My hair went from dry and brittle, to smooth, shinny and soft. I use these oils as a hot oil treatment once a week and I also do an egg treatment once a month. 5
