Hair growthGreat to add a insy winsy bit to your hair oil to help with growth. It's helped me for sure with mine! 5Great for hair growth, energy & decreasing hunger!Ok so this is a little longer than my usual feedback or reviews...I tried this product after seeking an effective way to grow back hair that was damaged from tension and weaves. After doing some lengthy research I learned about all the other great benefits this product offers like increased energy but not jitters more like solid stable energy to get through the day, also it decreases inflammation.I hurt my foot while moving in early April and purchased this in late may, I assumed my foot pain was a new addition to my life because all the pain meds I took didn t work but adding MSM to my diet changed that. Literally in one day I noticed a difference I got into bed that first night of having this and realized my foot hadn t bothered me all day.Again my initial reason for purchasing this was to grow back my hair, but it is a well rounded supplement that supports so many areas we need as we get up in age apparently... I m 34 and don t have many health issues besides maybe needing to lose some weight and get more active this has truly changed the way I feel as I course through my day, I see a change in my hunger it has decreased and my hair is growing back. Slowly but surely.I use this 2 ways I drink it with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and vitamin c powder each morning. And I also added it to an oil mix I made to put on my scalp, either way it benefits you inside and out!!! I hope this helps someone the way it has helped me! 5Research before you useI m use this for my natural hair. I mix it with my Indian hair treatment regiment and apply to scalp. I think it s partially responsible for making my hair a little brittle. I wouldn t suggest using it with Hannah, and only use a very small amount. A word of caution, a girl reported on YouTube that this Accelerated her intoxication when she was drinking and using this product. Not sure if she ingested it or just mixed it in her hair care products. If that was true, I do suggest you be careful when using this product and drinking alcohol. You can google MSM and alcohol on YouTube to see if you can find the video. 3This works for me.I have used MSM for about fifteen years, and I sincerely believe that it helps alleviate my arthritis pain. I have also used NOW products for about as long, and I sincerely believe that they are among the best. I recommend the product, and I recommend the brand. Your experience may vary from mine. Every person is different. I simply recommend that you give this product a (sustained) try. It may help you. 5It used to be good but it appears they changed somethingI will no longer buy this product from NOW! It gives me the most distressing GI effect! Every time I take it, without fail, I'm in agony! It used to be good but it appears they changed something! MSM is great, but not this one. 1There may be better ones out thereWe are now on our third bottle of this product. I'm one of these people who weights products. If it says one pound, I will weigh it to make sure I get my one pound. All three bottles did weigh a hair over one pound. The powder does settle so when you open it, it looks about only half-full. Further, most manufacturers selling powders use standard size bottles as to do so is cheaper. Thus while this bottle could hold more than a pound of MSM for sure, it must be the cheapest standard bottle size for the one pound in it. I give it four stars only because I have no experience with other brands of MSM. There may be better ones out there, I do not know. But until I have some comparison experience I give it four stars. My wife takes it too. Neither of us have had any reactions to it. We take it as at our age ( both over 60) we know that our bodies no longer make enough of certain essentials, and that our GI tract is not so effective. Since sulfur is a very necessary element for almost all cells in our bodies, we take this. It is added to a mix of 15 other powders we take daily. We make our own supplements when we can because it is so much cheaper to do so. Our fingernails and hair are in very good shape, and we have no medical problems. Thus I personally conclude that at worse this product is not harming us, and at best it sure is helping. I suspect that the truth is somewhere in between, as is the case for most other supplements. I plan on continuing to take MSM, whether it's this brand or not, I can't say, other than I will keep using this one unless I read of a better product, or a better way to get all the daily sulfur we need. Yes, taken by itself in water or juice it does taste horrible. But remember, this is sulfur! What can one expect! That is why we mix it well with other things. If you want to make it taste better get a bottle of NOW liquid mint flavored chlorophyll and add that to the water. The mint really helps and the chlorophyll is a good thing to take as well. If you use the chlorophyll don't be shocked if your stools are a bright green. Remember that chlorophyll is what makes tree leaves green and it is a powerful natural green dye. 4Winner for beautiful hairI've held off reviewing this until I nearly finished my first bottle and could really see if there was a difference in my hair health. I started using this powder two months ago after numerous women on YouTube raved about how it helps hair to grow (thanks CurlyProverbs!). I can say that it is working for me. I don't think I've seen such rapid growth before. Keep in mind that this is part of a regimen so I'm not taking this alone. However, I do believe that my combo of consuming a teaspoon of this, along with a scoop of collagen powder, a multi and a biotin tablet daily has led to some of the most lush, healthy, long hair I've ever enjoyed in my life. Highly recommend, but follow instructions. 5Love this stuffLove this stuff... can't live without it! This is my 3rd container of NOW MSM - one of which I bought for my 67 year old mom. Both of us have seen life-changing improvements in our hair, skin, nails, joints and more. This is powerful stuff! 5Fountain of Youth= 1g MSM+ 1g Vit. CThere are very few nutritional supplements that I would consider vital. A couple of years ago, I began anticipating my 40th birthday by getting into the best physical condition of my life. I began taking about 1 gram of MSM with 1 gram of Vitamin C 2-3 times per day. A few months ago, I was busy traveling and stopped taking it. Since it was summer, I also stopped lifting weights and working out hardcore. When I went back to the gym, I noticed a lot more soreness and increased recovery time. My knees ached and my wrists cramped after hours at the computer. I realized that I had not taken the MSM and immediately started back. I noticed a great improvement in my knees within a day. A week later, my whole body felt different. I felt lighter, moved easier and could push my body to its limits in the gym then rebound within a day. In short, I feel like myself again. I will not likely stop taking this MSM in the foreseeable future. I plan to age gracefully, powerfully and with full vitality! 5Cow bellsThis is the answer for me. Helps my skin tremendously, and with joint pain and flexibility. I'm able to move around and tolerate being outside in the smog better. It has improved energy and skin appearance- two big symptoms for me. I'm 27 btw. I wish I had known about this before. I do take quite a lot everyday. I would recommend it.
