Five StarsI am huge now 5Just creatine and no other nonsenseIt's creatine. It's fine. I like that I can get a decently dosed cap that's just creatine not mixed with a bunch of other unnecessary stuff. Since creatine is one of the few supplements that has actual scientific evidence to support it's efficacy it's nice to have some brands that'll give it to you by itself. 4Not sure but will update afterPills are too big, have to open and either drink or mix with food. No bad taste and that is a huge PLUS for me because I can't tolerate bad taste or smells. I will update when I've completed bottle. Also I only take 2 a day with dinner, hoping it do it's thing while I sleep. They say that's when you gain most weight... Idk about for fast metabolism people like myself, but will definitely update. Thanks again! 3not pure--has fillersThis is not pure creatine--it has a filler in it that caused abdominal pains every time I took even just one capsule. I opened a capsule to compare the powder to pure creatine. This product with filler blobs up in liquid and does not mix in at all, so it probably does not absorb well. I switched back to pure creatine powder and the pains disappeared. 1Highly recommend.Pill size are large but the creatine is really a good kick to the day and work out. I take it every day not what it says on the bottle to take but I just take 2 a day and I notice the difference. 5The description says "EASY TO SWALLOW CAPSULES" and they are GiganticI bought these for the price, dose and mostly because I wanted a capsule form that wasn't huge. The description called them Easy to Swallow. I have other vitamins that are pretty big and are not capsules which are pretty tough to swallow. The creatine from this company is quite a bit bigger than those and I cannot get them down. Totally useless unless I just open the capsules and pour them in a shake. I realize there are variances on what people would call easy, but I doubt that many people would consider this size capsule easy to swallow. If the description was accurate I would have ordered the powder, but now I am afraid to spend more money not knowing if other descriptions are inaccurate. 2Much more expensive than their pure powder formI made the mistake of looking at the 150 servings and assuming that was at 5g per serving since the pure powder is listed at 5g/serving. Makes no sense to have these listed at 2.5g/serving when it's the exact same product but with caps. Make sure you read the servings ratio and how much of the product that you are receiving.I always buy the pure powder from this brand which is 5g/serving with 115 servings @ $14. These caps are 2.5g per serving (2 caps) with 150 servings at $24 (i bought mine on sale for $14). If you're going by the 5g per serving standard, which most people do, then you're really only getting 75 servings. 115 Powder servings for $14 just seems much better than 75 capsule servings for $24. You're paying $10 MORE for 40 servings less. Heck, if you have a prime member ship you can buy the full 4.4lb year supply (380 servings) for $38. Even if they provided equal amounts of servings I don't think an extra $10 is worth it.Are these convenient? Yes. Are they worth the money? Maybe not unless you get it on sale. Even on sale I'm not so sure it was worth the purchase. Also, this isn't a knock on the creatine. I like the creatine, just not the price of the capsule forms. 3So much easier than powder but basically twice the costI love these pills. They're pretty large but easier to swallow than their counterpart, the powder. However, be wary that although there are 200 capsules, each serving is 2 capsules. So, there are only 100 servings. This seems like the same as the powder, but the serving size is 2.5 grams while the powder's (and generally recommended serving size) is 5 grams. Because of this, there are only truly 50 servings in each container, which is around twice the cost as the powder. 4Do you even lift, bro?Using this I got so yoked my giant fingers can barely type this review 5Big pillsJust wanted to provide a visual of how large the pill is. 5
