New and Useless not Improved.I liked the convenience of them being delivered. My second delivery was 3 cases. My mom won t use that many in a 6 month period. Now I have them sitting in my entry way because I have no where to store them. Since they changed the Poise Pads, they ruined them. They aren t more absorbent. They end up making my life as a caregiver more difficult. I change beds and do more Laundry because of them. You make my mom feel badly. She has Parkinson s and can t get to the bathroom. I have puddles on my floor because the urine runs off. Not fair. I miss my old Overnights. 4poise padswonder full product keeps me dry all nite 5Absorbant, but not through the entire nightWe put these pads in the Depends for my 99 yr old mother. We finally figured out the best way to use them while she sleeps at night is to change the pad every 5-7 hours and it will not leak out of her depends. Previously, we were not changing her at all during the night and by morning the bottom part of her nightgown and the bedsheet protectors would be soaked. Overall, it's very absorbent and does the job well. You just need to recognize the saturation point and adjust when to change them. 4Perfect Overnight Protection: Extra Long, Extra WideThese pads are great for day or night. I searched and searched for this size & style, and finally found them on Amazon. Each pad is individually folded into thirds and neatly wrapped inside of a disposable paper/cloth pouch which makes it great for easy and sanitary disposal. The clothlike wrap or covering also keeps it neat & clean for carrying in your purse, handbag, duffle or back-pack. Each pad is a good weight and has substantial cotton filling for quick absorption for instant gushes. Inside each pad, there is a great gel-like substance spun into the inside material that changes the wetness into a gelatinous form to prevent leaks. I find this style to be perfect for me, they are extra long, they are extra wide, they fit nicely too due to the hourglass shape of the pad. I have been ordering these for a couple of months now, and I am very pleased. 5Absorbent through night.Like very much,I'm incontinent @night because of stroke,arthritis difficult get2 restroom. 5Save money, time & trust what you buy I ordered these for my Mother. She is 86 years old, is bedridden & almost blind. She is incontinent & because of her scoliosis, she is not able to get up & go to the bathroom. Her bladder works great, so we had to find a pad that would hold up to her urinating in without leaking or falling apart. After much trial & error (and wet sheets), we found that the Poise Overnight Incontinent Pads Ultimate LonI, worked perfectly. She goes through them quickly & I was always having to go get more. Then we decided to order them online & have them autoshipped. As always, Amazon was there to accomplish this for us! It has saved us alot of time, effort & gas money getting them by mail. Plus we are always assured of never running out. I highly recommend these pads - they do their job splendidly And autoship is the way to go for your time & convenience! New ones soooooo insufficient!!!I've used the ultra, overnight Poise pads for years (in other words, the most absorbent ones they offer), and they were great. But about a year (or slightly more) ago they changed the look and style and since then they leak and I need to do laundry constantly. The old ones had a white backer. The new ones have a purple underside.I am not a heavy wetter. I leak a bit and that is it, so their insufficient pads really frustrated me enough that I started to look elsewhere.Tena does not cut it. They're pathetic and worse than Poise. Lo and behold, I found NorthShore Care Supply. They have lots of pads and liners which are way more absorbent, larger, and do not leak. I'm so happy now that I discovered them!Poise, stop marketing yourself as protection for those with incontinence. You really are for mild drippers only. 1These pads are the best I have found for my elderly motherI have tried a lot of incontinence pads. These pads are the best I have found for my elderly mother, as well as, for my disabled husband. They are wider at the top and longer than other pads. The only improvement I could suggest is for them to be a little thicker. However, they are still better than any others I have tried. 5One Starthese do not hold up good as they are thinner, the org. one are 10x much better. 1I just wasn't impressed. They didn't stay in place ...I just wasn't impressed. They didn't stay in place well and didn't seem to have the absorbency of the regular overnight pads from Poise. 2
