No stomach upsetNot all probiotics are the same, in fact there seem to be many strains and each probiotic product offering has a different "mix". I switched to this Bio Sense probiotic formula because the strains it contains were reported as being better for my particular ailment than the probiotic product I had been using. Having only used the product for a week it is too soon to say whether the desired effects will be achieved. I am pleased though that, unlike with many other probiotic products I've tried over the years, so far I've experienced no stomach upset in any form (bloating, diarrhea, etc.). I'm optimistic. I like that that product is made in the USA and independently confirmed as to quality. Full disclosure -- the folks at Noga Wise offered me a free bottle in exchange for me posting a review. I would never allow that to affect my opinion or cause me to post anything untrue.4Using for clearer skin- helpfulI started taking this produce to help clear up my skin. I am no longer a teen but still struggle with breakouts. I read in a health article that taking a probiotic could help me keep a healthier gut and therefore help clear my skin, particularly those with lactobacillus and acidophilus. I made some other changes at the time I started taking the probiotic but have definitely seen a change in my skin. Still some breakouts but much more mild. I have not noticed any negative side effects. No bloating, stomach upset, diarrhea, or constipation. Overall a very easy product to take.5Contains fructans!The label as advertised on Amazon doesn't match the label of the product I received. The ingredients include fructo-oligosaccharides (fructans). This probiotic could cause digestive distress for people with IBS or SIBO, or people on a low-FODMAP diet.I took one pill, and got headaches and upset stomach for two days! I'm on a low-FODMAP diet for SIBO, so I can't digest fructans.2Great probiotic for me!I didn t have high expectations because I ve tried several different probiotic brands with varied, mild results. But after finishing my first bottle of this one, I feel better than I have in years. It improved my bowel function to normal after years of problems, the most recent being loose stools that sometimes made it difficult to get to the bathroom on time. Now I have consistency and regularity. I never have to worry about making it to the john anymore.Also, I ve had years of stomach aches (the actual stomach, not the gut). I ve gone through scores of bottles of tums, gaviscon, Zantac, pepcid, Prilosec, you name it. Several tests done. One doctor decided I needed surgery to remove my gall bladder, even though the HIDA scan showed normal function. After the month of taking this Bio Sense probiotic, I ve had zero stomach aches, no indigestion, nothing.I m pretty sure I started feeling better about 2 or 3 weeks in, but I just realized that I feel better in other ways as well. I m sleeping deeply for a change, and I feel more relaxed and content. Body aches are improved some too. I feel so much better now that I ve come to believe what I ve read about how gut bacteria imbalance can adversely affect our health overall - mental and physical health.Give these a try. I don t usually get behind a product like this, but I ve also never seen such a dramatic result. I know this is long, but I should also say that I added Jarrow Formulas Sacharomyces Boulardii & MOS about two weeks in; however, I take it every other day and the probiotic daily.5The only probiotic I will ever use!I have been using this Probiotics Supplement Probiotics Supplement Natural Probiotic Acidophilus, Bifidobacteria, Lactobacillus Plantarum and Lactobacillus Paracasei, Protect Against Diarrhea and Boost Immune System for Women and Men for over a year now and i still love it. There have been a few times that i have forgotten to reorder it and i notice the difference within a few days of not taking it. I have tried countless other probiotics that either made things worse or didn't work at all. I have to take about 10 different medications with side effects that complicate my digestion. I also have IBS, Diabetes, hypothyroid, and several other illnesses that effect my digestion as well. This has been the only probiotic that fights the bloating, indigestion and swings between constipation and diarrhea. And the price isn't bad considering how well it works. I think it took about a month of taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening to really start working. Then i went back to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening and that's what works best for me.5We highly recommend this product.Ok, so you might think I m sharing a little too much information but, I need to tell you about the great results my husband is seeing with this Probiotic Supplement. To begin with, my husband has been complaining of digestive issues. Mostly diarrhea after eating. I did some research and found that there were certain bacteria that might help him. I found that this Bio Sense probiotic had the particular combination of bacterias suggested for my husband s issue.My husband has been using this probiotic for two weeks now and his issues have improved almost 100%. I starting to take this supplement as well just for good measure.We are very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it. The product is well packaged. No broken capsules. Bottle is easy to read. Capsules are fairly small and easy to swallow. Zero taste or aftertaste. No side effects.5Great product for IBS-DI have struggled since I was 19 with IBS-D. I will say that it helped some with relieving my symptoms (gas, loose stool and occasional diarrhea) but not completely. I stumbled across the listing for Bio Sense when I was ready to re-order more of the old product so I decided why not. The formula is significantly different from that of the product I had been taking. To be safe I ordered both just in case things got worse with the Bio Sense product. To my amazement, my symptoms began to decrease little by little after taking Bio Sense for about five days. It has been several weeks now and my symptoms are gone entirely. I can't believe it but boy am I happy.5Great for this Crohn s Disease SuffererI love this! It s easy to swallow, and contains over 40 billion CFU s with 4 live strands. I was diagnosed with Crohn s Disease in the early 1990 s and sulphur salazine did NOTHING to elevate my symptoms. I went into a local health food store and they recommended Probiotics. In two weeks I was a new woman, and in two months the sulfur salazine got ditched. Since, I ve take a probiotic each day and my current GI Specialist doesn t believe I have Crohn s (I do). That is how good my colon looks on probiotics.5
