Simply AmazingRecently I had surgery on my knee. Much of the Mniscus needed to be trimmed away and floating pieces of cartilage that had broken away from the patella grove were also removed. This of course left my knee very much bone on bone but still better than it had been.I had used neoprene knee supports in the past but they were so hot and made my leg sweaty and smelly too.This ProFitness Bamboo Knee Sleeve helps to keep my knee comfortable and warm. The support is there and the knee sleeve never smells or makes my leg sweaty. The sleeve is soft and never rolls down my leg, it stays where I put it. I highly recommend this knee sleeve. 5feel great againI cannot believe how comfortable they and that they have taken away the pain. I have been using them daily now when I walk. I think they are great for arthritis, injuries or just support. I can't wait to tell some of my neighbors about them as I think it will help them as well. The hardest part of getting them was measuring my knee to see just what size to order. But the way they feel I know I got it right. They also give me support to the joint and that might be why takes away the pain. Best part is i don't have to take any pills for relief just use the sleeve and instant relief. 5[updated review] Product + Customer Service[UPDATED 13-Aug-2018]: After writing this review I got an email from the owner. They sent me a replacement right away and I got them in a couple days. The replacement product didn't have the stitching issue!Reviews really help me get a better grasp of something I'm considering to buy for the first time online, which is why I like to write them. It's like I'm doing my bit to help other folks in my situation. But no seller has ever corrected the issue this fast. In fact, I usually never hear back from sellers so I didn't expect to get an email, much less a replacement. It speaks volumes of their product and company, I'm sincerely impressed. For this, I moved the rating from 2-stars to 5.-----I really wanted to like these knee sleeves and I still may in the future. The actual compression is very good but what blew my mind was how easily the stitching came undone. The stitching along the top came undone on the FIRST try on, right out of the box. I ordered according to my knee size. One of the sleeves works well and didn t rip. The other one did. For what it is worth, the one that did not rip does a great job. In short, I think the sleeves may still do what they intended but I seriously question the quality. 5Don t Stay Put!Comfortable, but don t stay in place. I wore these to my kid s Christmas play and even though I was barely moving (mostly sitting), the brace slid down to the kneecap and I had to keep pulling it up.Doubt this would be able to handle any significant movement like running. 1Finally I can workout legs again!I haven't workout legs now for about the last four years after I had a basketball injury. My knee has never really felt stable ever since the injury and once in a while when the weather is cold I have pain in my knee. These bamboo compression support knee sleeves have saved my knee. I wear the knee sleeve 2 hours prior to weight lifting so it keeps it nice and warm and I'm able to workout on my legs no problem. I'm able to do workout that I loved when I was younger like squats, lunges, let extensions. Literally a knee savior! Great knee sleeves would definitely buy again. I have purchased lower quality knee sleeves for much more price. I emailed ahead of ordering to get advice on ordering the correct size. They recommended the medium (which is perfect!!!) but let me know that if it did not work out, to tell them right away and they'd send me the correct size. Awesome company. PRODUCT is perfect, too. Just so you know, I'd tried a product that I'd purchased in a local drug store. It was so tight in the thigh that I was unable to wear it any longer than trying it on and taking it off. It was also a size Medium with the same leg measurement requirements but, while it was more expensive, it was inferior to this ProFitness Bamboo Knee Sleeve. COMFORT: I can wear this for several hours to help my knee and tibia keep alignment when I am getting in and out of the car, walking, etc. I hope this helps someone with a knee issue who needs a bit of guidance. 5These help my knee 24/7These are the best compression sleeves I have found on the market and I wear it on my bad knee (meniscus tear) 24/7. Not sure what they are talking about with the bamboo but if feels like a wool blend with about 10% lycra. They are really really comfortable, very easy to put on, and stay in place. They don't have as much compression as other sleeves that are nylon-plus-lycra but unlike those, you can wear these all day without cutting off circulation. Less compression but much more warmth. They are also excellent as a holder for icepacks. And, they also will double as knee-warmers in fall/spring bike riding. My knee has improved greatly in the 15 weeks I have been using them, and I can't prove it but I think these are one of the reasons. For the price its a steal. I have another Walgreens sleeve that costs 3x as much and I don't wear it. I've bought a second pair of these. If I could give them 6 stars I wouldThe "profitness" labeling will come off within 2 weeks BTW 5Comfortable Enough to Sleep InI have some knee swelling and pain from an injury, and I need compression sleeves to keep the swelling down and provide a little support. These are super comfortable. They are soft, nonbinding, and comfortable enough to sleep in. I even wear them under my knee brace, which is uncomfortable to wear on it's own. They stay up without slipping. They can be worn under pants. I got the black in small; I am 5'9, 130 lb, and measure 15" above knee, 15" on kneecap (with swelling), 13" below knee. I am back to order another pair in these of gray. 5Perfect compression for kneesSo I mistakenly ordered these too small. I ordered a small but actually needed a medium. The small was too tight around my sensitive knees and as my thighs are thick, the tops of the sleeves were too tight. I contacted ProFitness directly per the insert in the package and they mailed me a replacement pair free of charge. That alone exceeded my expectations. The person I spoke to was very nice and they mailed my replacement pair the same day.As for the item itself, I am very pleased. I love the grey colors, the material is smooth and non-itchy, and the tops of the sleeves have what appear to be rubber dots all around the inside perimeter to prevent the sleeves from rolling and slipping. They do come with a slight chemical smell, but washing them does the trick. I hand-washed mine to prevent any damage to the material. The amount of compression is perfect. I bought mine to help with circulation for varicose veins that are appearing ever so faintly on the backs of my knees. These have also helped while working out. The compression helps with knee pain and has also helped with the pinching pain from the vein issue.Overall, the price is great, the material is great quality, and they do exactly what they're supposed to do. I took these for a spin on one of my core workouts and it provided the perfect amount of support for the activities that I did (box jumps, cardio on the stair stepper machines) without applying too much compression. Also, I tend to sweat a lot in my knee sleeves which usually causes discomfort and itching as I get to the end stretch, but I had these on for the entirety of my workout (a little over an hour) with no such feeling. Highly recommended if you are looking for a sleeve that provides extra support for your knee joints without too much compression. Also, they look nice as well!!I recommend that you wear the sleeves a little higher above your knee as they tend to ride down if you don't. Once you adjust it to a higher length, however, it shouldn't be a problem. 5
