Great for Plantor FascitisOnce you mold these bad boys to your feet, they sure help with plantor fascitis. My podiatrist recommended them and fit me with a pair and what a relief! However, please note that if your heel pain is in the real acute stage, it will not be instant relief, but a process toward improvement, so stick with it. Once molded to your feet, you can take the orthotics out of one pair of shoes and use them in another pair or simply buy another pair of Pure Stride orthotics. For DIY molding to your feet, first place one at a time bottom down on a cookie sheet and turn your oven (low heat) on to 200 deg. F. Place cookie sheet with orthotics in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes then insert them into shoe. Must wear socks and then step into shoe with the orthotic for 2-3 minutes for it to mold around your sole. Note, it works best to do this one at a time and if you don't wear socks while you are doing this, you will regret not wearing them (: 5PURE STRIDE ORTHOTICS.Very satisfied with inserts. The only problem I had was the price. I paid $44.99 but I paid less at my foot doctors office. Kinda hardto believe but yes I did. Not that much cheaper by about $5.00. But hey, 5 bucks is better in my pocket then Amazon. So, next time I will purchase them from my foot doctor instead of Amazon. I realize they were more expensive here but had a gift certificate so I decided to use it and purchase them on Amazon but unlikely I would purchase from Amazon in the future.Besides that they are very good to wear and help my support my feet. Don't get me wrong, Amazon has been great with there prices but in this instant my Doctor was better.I will continue buying items on here but some items are cheaper in stores............. 4Don't waste your moneyThese orthotics were not good for me. The left one fit correctly but the right one didn't. Plus, with the red liner, my white socks now have a pink hue on the bottom. I've ruined 3 pairs of socks. I should have looked more into the description before buying as now I find that I can not return them. Money down the drain. Photo attached shows the third pair of socks along with the inserts. 1Relived my foot pain for goodI was given a set of these by my podiatrist when I came in with some really bad foot pain. Since using these daily the pain has gone away and I have not had it come back. I like these so much I bought another pair myself on amazon so I have one in each pair of shoes I wear daily. 5Great OrthoticsThe orthotics arrived promptly and as described. I have flat feet and have been using these in every sneaker I buy. They also help with metatarsal pain. I used to have expensive custom orthotics, but these do the same thing at a much lower price. 5Recommended by podiatristMy husbands podiatrist recommended this specific orthotic for his high arches. He works in construction and these have really helped him out. His first pair lasted about 8 months. I was glad to find these on Amazon to save us a trip back to the doctor for another pair. This price is very comparable to what we paid at the doctor - only about $2 difference. Will purchase again and again. 5Works well on concrete.One of the better after-market insole/orthotics that I've tried. Decent arch support. Works well on concrete, which is good if you work 8+ hours a day on a slab like I do. Had them for a month or so, and they're holding up well so far. Beats the heck out of the Timberland insoles that I bought at the same time, which turned out to be useless on concrete. 4These workmy podiatrist sold me a pair of these in his office for twice the price. They really resolved a lot of my foot issues. Don't forget to take the original liner out of the shoes first. I had never considered "off the shelf" orthotics to be worthwhile but these are worth the money. In fact, I think I'll order another pair. 5Plantar fasciitis life saver!!!These are the only things that keeps my plantar fasciitis under control. I don't care about having cute shoes anymore...I just need to able to WALK and not be in agony. I keep these in my sneakers and wear them daily AND they are also in my crocs that I wear around the house. I have been virtually pain free thanks to these inserts for over two years now. So thankful. 5Fixed my heel pain!Relief at last. My husband gets these from a foot dr. I didn't want to run into town, so Amazoned mine. They were $10 cheaper here, by the way. These look just like his only smaller and have totally fixed my heel pain. My three wishes: I wish I had known about these ten years ago. I wish they were in WalMart. I wish they were a tiny bit cheaper. They could help so many more people. Best insole I have ever tried, hands down. 5
