No Benefit From This ProductI found no benefit from using this product. One thing I can say is that, for all of us who are looking for the best source of vitamin c, let's juice some lemons and we will be good to go. Not only it is fresh but the benefit can be measured instantly. I have avoided the flu and any colds this season and I contribute it to this Vitamin C as well as the other vitamins I'm taking. 5Migrane miracleI was having migraines for the first time in my life (I've always had severe headaches that last days but never like the previous months) I was reading about vitamin c therapy for migraines. I researched a good brand and I was drawn to this particular one. Two days into taking the powder my headaches completely went away. Blew my mind! I Have been headache free for about two weeks now. Got my life back. 5Long shelf life. Fantastic ingredientsThis powdered berry sourced Vitamin C and flavonoids is the only one I buy, and with a 3 year shelf life (at least), it is one that I don't need to buy often. There are 180 servings when using the 1/4 teaspoon portion. That provides 120 mg of Vitamin C, which is 200% of daily value. I love that the vitamin C is derived from multiple natural sources and no synthetic ones. Impressive list of ingredients. I don't use this every day, but it is my go-to vitamin C source when I want the extra punch of antioxidant activity. The reason why I initially went with this formula is because of the natural, food based ingredients and how it is so very gentle on my stomach. Many vitamins and pill supplements make me nauseous. This doesn't, at all. As with any of these powdered supplements, they may not mix perfectly in water, but they mix well enough to do the job. I typically add some to water and drink up. It works fine in smoothies- not much of a taste to compete with other additions. Just in water there is a mild tart taste. They also make this in capsule form for those that want these types of ingredients, but prefer to take them in pill form. Either way, take a look at the ingredients (the sources of vitamin C and flavonoids), and what isn't there to love? 5Love this stuff!!This stuff is the bomb dot com. So many things to be in love with First, it's completely sourced from high in vitamin C fruits, no fillers, no junk only lovely ingredients that your body was made to absorb. This means that it is very effective in helping your body combat sickness. Second, I am in love with the fact that a serving size is only a 1/4 tsp! Can you believe that!? I was so use to taking a tbsp of ascorbic acid vit c before I would dread it. That was before I learned better. So glad I since have. Third, this vitamin C powered is actually a light pinkish color it's legit. So you totally know that it did in fact come from these ingredients of berries and such , it's amazing, i could go on and on. It still is tart but pleasant. I take it like a shot in cold water and it works great. Really nails a cold in the head when you take it at the first signs of sickness. 5I add a 1/4 tsp. to my morning electrolyte ...I add a 1/4 tsp. to my morning electrolyte drink (fresh oj and lemon juice, coconut water, and Realsalt.) 5This is a wonderful vitamin C powder made from whole foodThis is a wonderful vitamin C powder made from whole food! I use it for my do it yourself facial serum. I had no trouble dissolving the powder in warm distilled water. It's a tiny bit gritty but still feels awesome. I use 1 tsp of the vitamin C powder and mix it with 1 tsp of distilled water. Then I add 2 tsp of vegetable glycerine (or aloe) and the contents of one vitamin E capsule. 5Excellent productI began using this because I have a sensitivity to corn, and I believe all synthetic versions of Vitamin C are corn-derived. It's hard to know exactly what a supplement does, but I barely got sick this winter. I got like one half-cold, which is a huge improvement over other years, and I think it is at least in part due to taking this regularly. I take 1 tsp a day. I mix it in water or a smoothie or a juice. It tastes pretty good. 5GREAT TASTING WHOLE FOOD POWDERED VITAMIN CGREAT STUFF TO MAKE ADRENAL COCKTAIL EVERY MORNING WHILE HEALING, I WORKED UP TO A 1/2 tsp in 8 oz. Pure Coconut Water, plus 4 oz. pure water, and a pinch or two of Pink Himalayan Salt. Just ordered second bottle. I kind of like the taste of the adrenal cocktail, our adrenals crave Himalayan salt while they are healing from Adrenal Insufficiency.NOT SURE how many mg. would be in the recommended dose of 1/4 tsp. as i only see on the bottle that it says 100% of RDA.Made from whole foods, berries and stuff, it tastes much better than using just Ascorbic Acid, which i have used, too, as i guess the fruits taste better than the chemical.Can also be used in a tub bath with epsom salts, to neutralize some of the chlorine and stuff in the bathwater, but use the cheaper Ascorbic Acid C Powder, another brand, a larger bottle (powder) for that, as you have to use like a 1/4 cup to a1/2 cup, so much larger quantity. 5Best food based Vitamin C supplementOne of the best Vitamin C supplements in the market. It is made from food and highly absorbed by our bodies. I use it for my who family of 4 whenever there is a sign of cold and cough. It helps us recover in no time. Awesome product with no added sugar. I sweeten it sometimes for my kids by adding a little raw honey and it is Delicious! 5
