By Means Mini...These are not nearly as small as they are advertised. They are an oblong, thick, tablet that is not at all what I would call mini. If you need a very small tablet, go with the Diva Vegan Tiny vitamins...these are very small. 2Good choice for people 50+I buy these for my wife. 3 small pills a day. So, each bottle will last 1 month. These do not contain iron, as an iron supplement is generally not needed in women after menopause. And, from the Rainbow website: PABA-free for those taking sulfa medication, vitamin K-free for those on blood thinning medication, iodine-free for those with thyroid concerns, and contains no copper, which is contraindicated for cancer patients and survivors.Also, potassium levels are low (<1% of daily).So, if any of these ingredients are important to you, then this product may not be for you. 5An Excellent Blend of Quality Nutritional Ingredients That are Easy to Swallow at an Excellent Price!This is an excellent product! It has a very comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals and other nutritional ingredients that are useful for the 50+ age range. I like that it also includes probiotics and ingredients for digestive aid, which is great because the digestion seems to be more of a problem as you age. They are very easy to swallow and because of the digestive aids I like to take at least one with each big meal. The dosage is 3 per day so I usually take two with lunch and 1 with dinner, unless I need the extra energy and then I will take all 3 by lunch. The price on these is extremely good for all the nutritional components that it provides. It even includes greens such as kale, spinach, dandelion and spirulina and also beet, not sure if that is the root or the greens, but either is an excellent addition. It also includes rosemary essential oil, which I like because scientific studies have shown it to be very beneficial. CoQ10, lutein and lycopene are also included and they are each vital components as well. As I said, a very comprehensive list of ingredients and an excellent price! 5Too bigOrdered because they were mini. They are the same length and width as most large vitamins. The only difference is they are thin. They also don't have a coating so if you have difficulty swallowing pills, they may not be a good fit. Im having to crush them and put in yogurt. Can't mix with juice because even crushed, they don't dissolve and stick to the side of the glass. I'm very disappointed because the vitamin content was exactly what I was looking for. 1Easy swallow and good support.These vitamins give good help for digestion and as supplement to diet. I miss them when I run out. Price is one-half of my local store in 90 pill size. They are SO much easier to swallow if your throat is narrow and irritable. The range of ingredients is huge and mysterious to me, but the results are better than any other vitamin I have tried. No nasty taste or smell, good shelf life - having to swallow three a day is a nuisance but better than choking. 5Outstanding Vitamins for 50+ ageThese are the very best vitamins ever! They are small and easy to swallow, which in an older person, is important.They are first-quality. The dose is three small tablets, and often I take two with breakfast and save one for dinner, whichaids digestion as I go to bed. I can't say enough good things about this product, and the delivery was as promised.Many thanks! 5Don't give me the heartburn that most vitamins doWhen the listing says "Mini Tablets" it's a little misleading since the vitamins are the same size as my large sinus meds ~ these pills are 3/4 inch long. BUT they are mini compared to all the other vitamins out on the market which could choke a horse... these go down easy and don't give me the heartburn that regular vitamins do. I recommend. 5Well-rounded multi-vite, easy on stomachSoothing on my digestion (probiotic stuff) as well as bladder (lycopene, no saw palmetto). B-6 and B-12 a little high and can make me anxious, so I tend to pace the 3 small tabs through the day with meals. No upset stomach if taken without food, which is a plus. 5Better than the restI am giving these a high rating even though I can't use them yet. I am still recovering from aspirin damage to the gut, so things like betine hci or any enzymes that promote digestion or removal of scar tissue are bad for me right now. I can use maybe one per week at most currently. I can also take them if I double down on mastic gum. That said, the quality of these vitamins is MUCH higher than others most commonly found in grocery stores. 5Sucks compared to discontinued Rainbow Light - RejuvenAge 40+ Multivitamin! Strong smell like citronella/ insect sprayThis sucks compared to Rainbow Light - RejuvenAge 40+ Multivitamin (normal size, 4 per day).....what has happened to this vitamin? Seeing smaller, less food based and more one a day products in the RL line, but why? I thought the key to RL products was larger, more quality food bases and multiple times daily for better utilization? Why doesn t RL educate and market to these previous quality aspects instead of pandering to the ignorance of the masses? I am very disappointed as I suspect a "sell out" from purist customers for the sake of convenience and marketability to the masses trying to cram the same benefits into 3 mini tablets, or one-a-day crap. Boooooo! And to make matters worse, this vitamin has a disgusting, offensive smell like citronella and insecticide. 2
