Happy camperMy mom is diabetic and always talks about her discomfort with shoe soles getting hot. Ive tried buying her expensive shoes with soft comforts and all types of leather soles but apperantly none of those beat these soles that shes had for the past month and is really happy. I recently bought 4 new pairs and decided I would protect my investment better this time around. I don't wear my Tieks unless I put these inserts in. I love that they're so thin and lightweight. I prefer the leather insole to synthetic material. It just seems to let your feet breathe. And I like be that you can hardly see them since they match the interior so well. I just change them out between my flats. Will definitely repurchase.5THEY REALLY DO THE JOBI got one pair and got hooked. I hate wearing socks in my flats and other slippers. I literally never wear socks unless I wear sneakers. And obviously, after some time of running around with flats, barefooted, creates some nasty unwelcoming odors -- as soon as I got them, I slipped them into my Rothy's (was too lazy to wash my insoles, so I just substituted them with the lambskin leather insoles), awesome feel, does the job, no smell.Then I went to do the most extreme: got some more pairs of insoles and had put them in my really cheap H&M slippers (the material is so cheap that they start smelling immediately as soon as your feet start sweating). I ran around in them and the feet were sweaty (sorry tmi), but at the end of the day (12hrs work), NO SMELL. Those shoes have been everywhere traveling with me, nasty smells in Ecuador, nasty smells in Brazil and so on, but wow I should have switched to these leather insoles much earlier lol, finally smell be gone!TL;DR: DEFINITELY A RECOMMEND. NO SMELL, CAN WEAR THEM BAREFOOTED, ALL PERFECT!5Change shoe sizeI bought these to change my shoe size. I bought a size that fit me nicely in the store but after I broke in my fancy dress shoes they were a little too loose. On another pair of these that came with a pair of shoes that worked nicely to change the size.I bought these and they worked okay for the purpose but my foot in my fancy dress socks with slide around a little too much. I wish the material was not so slick. Just a little bit of crime would have made these much better.But if I had no other option that's better than my entire shoe sliding around.4Fit Red Wing Blacksmith boots perfectly!These fit my Red Wing Blacksmith boots perfectly! True to size and seem well constructed. They don't take up much room. They provide some cushioning but almost no support as expected. I needed them to smooth out the inner sole of the boot which they do well.5The Leather STANK is Gone!!How I love thee, let me count the ways:(1) Size 41 fits PERFECTLY inside a size 9 pair of Tieks! I saw someone else post the same thing, and was concerned they would be too big. They are an exact fit.(2) I wear my Tieks every single day and they SMELL!! I put these in for 20 minutes, pulled them out, smelled my shoes, and the stank is gone!(3) They are very thin. Usually shoe inserts don't work for me because they make the shoes feel too tight. These are great because the shoes are still comfortable.I will for sure buy these for any other leather shoes I purchase in the future. As long as I have real leather on and around my feet, they don t get smelly, but it s hard these days to get a good quality leather shoe for a reasonable price, and with that I mean under $120.I do see the advantages of rubber soles: they wear better and last longer than leather soles, but they make my feet sweaty, and so do Dr. Scholl s or other insoles. With these lambskin insoles I don t have that problem. I m very happy with them and will get them for other shoes as well.5These are great for shoes that you want to wear barefootPurchased one pair to try, then ultimately purchased three more pairs. These are great for shoes that you want to wear barefoot. Skin on skin, rather than potential foam with sweaty nylon footbeds. These mold to your feet, and your footwear. They provide gentle sweat wicking and odor control. Your favorite shoes could have a much longer life, because these slip ins are easily replaceable and control the sweat and odor. I purchased extra pairs, because these are great for controlling foot odor and dampness in all my footwear, even while wearing socks. I find these far more comfortable than the one-size-fits-all foam inserts from Dr. Scholl, from my local pharmacy. These really keep my feet dry and really do fit all my footwear, without having to cut the foam insert down to size. And they feel natural and dry while worn. With socks or barefoot. A tad more expensive than your local discount store, but well worth the price, due to the fine quality. Would definitely purchase again for all my footwear.5Fits perfectly in my Tieks! (Women's)I bought these for a used pair of Tieks that I purchased. After reading the reviews I was nervous because I read they run short and narrow...contemplated getting the wides, but I noticed the reviewers that complained narrow were men...so I ordered the standard. I ordered size 41's for my size 9 Tieks and they couldn't fit more perfectly! SO pleased!5Did not work for meI ordered these for my Tieks. I wear a size 10 and I ordered a 42 in the insoles. I had to cut them to make them fit. Now they fit perfectly. They work pretty well, but when I take my shoes off, the insole comes out as well. It's kind of annoying, but I'm trying to save the insoles of my Tieks. They also move a little in the shoe. I think I'm going to just go without the insoles. It's too much a pain.4
