Cushy, comfortable. So happy I found theseAs soon as my inserts were delivered, my husband had to try them in his shoes and, well, I had to buy yet another couple. I've got arthritis in my feet and a bone spur on a big toe that makes it hard to walk comfortable as I age. But use it or lose it; I love walking and hiking and I refuse to give up moving: Thus the inserts really soften the impact. I'll be purchasing them again5Love thisThese inserts are awesome. I am a overpronator which means I have flat feet and I get callous build up on the bottom pf my feet. I am an avid gym rat and weight lifter 5 to 6 days a week. These inserts are awesome. My feet feel like they are walking on carpet when i add these to my sneakers. I did have to go up 1/2 size in my sneakers to allow for the insert to fit and my toes not to rub on the top of the shoe.5So comfortable! I had to trim just a tiny bit ...I've been buying the regular cross trainer inserts for years and they've served me well. They didn't fit my running shoes well so I figured I'd give these gel inserts a try. Wow!! So comfortable! I had to trim just a tiny bit for a perfect fit but that was simple. I'll still need give these lots of miles to see how they do in the long run but my initial impressions are very good.5Not eligible for returnI bought these for my daughter who s shoe size is 7 1/2. Insoles said they are size 7-8 women s, they are at least a full size larger. I wear a size 9 and they fit perfectly in my shoes. I understand that sizes vary but now that I have purchased them, I find out they are ineligible for return.1Soft soft soft Out of a dozen arch supports/orthotics these are by far the most cushioned. The entire thing is made from gel. Don't let the photo fool you. The blue, grey and orange are all gel like substance. Super cushoney but still provides a tiny bit of support. Make sure you shoes have enough room to make you a tiny bit taller. They are also a little on the heavy side. I've only been wearing them for a week, but have already noticed separation in the different materials. I'm hoping they last longer, but if they don't I'll be returning them for another pair. 3Great product but watch out for the sizing!Bought this for my kid since his feet take a daily pounding in soccer practice. This size fit's his cleated shoes perfectly and is the same product that I use in mine. Best quality durable product for shock absorption on the market!Note: you've got to get the size right and their sizing chart on the box is WRONG! I wear size 10 M (medium) (USA) shoe but since the Spenco gel inserts are "cut large" I wear the insert for men size 8-9; which they denote by #3 at top of box. The one reviewed here is women's size 7-8 (which is size 6-7 men's) and fits boy's size 8 (cleat).5Wasted my moneyI do not understand the positive and some very positive reviews on this insole. Less cushion than superfeet blue. Also less cushion than the spenco thin flat insoles. Relatively heavy. They had a raised portion mid foot on the outside that seemed to be too raised to me. I was aware of the area like there was something foreign in my shoe. I have wider feet, so getting the exact size makes my feet feel squished and since I am on my feet a lot (10,000 steps avg). My feet and knees would get sore. With these insoles I do order a 1/2 size up and have to cut a part of the top off but these are the best insoles I have found thus far. I can be on my fee for a good 6-8 hours and not have fatigue. Not so good for athletic events, as they do add weight to your shoes. But for everyday wear to keep my legs feeling fresh these are great.5Heavy, bulky, badly designed and NO RETURNS!!Weighed almost as much as my shoe, took up way too much space in the shoe, and the arch support was too far forward. AND...NO RETURNS!!!! Just light a $20 bill on fire, and you and I will be in the same position as regards this total waste of money.1Spenco 'Total Support' GelIf you're looking for an insert to add support to unsupportive shoes, this is not the product for you. The gel provides very nice cushioning and is very comfortable. However, it is very soft, so does not provide any additional support. The grey part that looks like rigid plastic in the photo is not actually rigid. It is also made of gel and is very soft, unlike the stiff molded plastic in the Spenco Polysorb Total Support and Superfeet inserts.However, this product is perfect for use in an already stable and supportive shoe. I use them to replace the stock insoles in my Brooks Addiction, which is a very supportive motion control shoe. In this application, it is perfect. It improves the cushioning and comfort a lot and is an immense upgrade over the stock inserts. The shoe's inherent stability prevents my feet from overpronating, so the insole doesn't have to be very supportive.If you want something more supportive, have a look at Spenco's Polysorb Total Support or Superfeet. I use Superfeet in my tennis shoes and I just got the Polysorbs to try in my basketball shoes.A very good product, but I deducted a star because it's name suggests it's a support insole, which I don't think it is.4
