Take em if you need calcuim!The pills are BIG, I hate taking medicine just for that particular reason! BUTTT, my doctor said my calcuim level is very low and I have no choice to take em. I don't know if my mind playing tricks on me but after a couple days of taking em, I can feel a difference in my body. In a good way!! They don't have no wierd taste or smell. Just BIG lol.. 4Great ProductMy wife uses this product to help with her Fibromyalgia throughout her entire body. she can only take the vitamin in the gel as it does not affect her stomach. Great product and she used it every day. 5EASY TO SWALLOWMy bloodwork came back low calcium, and my endocrinologist recommended I take 1200mg of Calcium and 1000 units of Vitamin D every day. So I came to Amazon to find a good supplement to take. I was MOST CONCERNED about pill size. I HATE large pills!!! Why are vitamins and supplements usually so darn big? I went with this brand because the reviews stated they were easy to swallow.I received the bottle yesterday, and please be advised, the pills are huge. When I saw them, I was like WTF... but also be advised, they truly are easy to swallow! It is not a hard pill. It is soft, and buoyant, and it just goes right down with zero issues. You'll need to take two per day. 5Large pills hard to swallow.These pills are MASSIVE. I take multiple medications everyday including a multivitamin that is fairly large. That is small in comparison to these absolute units. I am going to try something much smaller, even if I have to take multiple a day (which, by the way, this supplement recommends TWO of these horse pills a day!)I can't speak for the effectiveness of them because I've only been able to take about a week's worth. It's just too large for any normal adult to swallow. 2GET YOUR QUALITY AND STORAGE PROCEDURES IN ORDER!! nThese are disgusting. The first thing I noticed was a rancid ordor when I opened the bottle. Then I saw the capsules. The expiration date is 2021. YOU ARE NOT STORING THESE CORRECTLY AND NOW YOU WILL HAVE TWO OPENED BOTTLES RETURNED SO YOU CANNOT JUST SEND THEM TO THE MECT PERSON.They have to be old, AND I AM SURE THEY ARE NOT SAFE. These are going to have to go straight in the trash; unfortunately I've opened the bottle two days after the return period ended. 1EASY TO SWALLOW QUALITY CALCIUM CAPSULSI got tired of not being able to find liquid calcium at the store when I am about out. I found these online and showed them to my doctor. My calcium was low so I faithfully used these for a set amount of time and when I had my calcium levels checked again they were up.It is about a 3 month supply so easy to re-order when you are almost out. I am pre-osteoporosis so I am taking these daily to maintain bone mass.The capsules are big but EASY to swallow. The liquid gel caps are easily absorbed. I take two daily, one in the morning and one at night with a vitamin D supplement as recommended by my doctor. Both levels increased after taking for a set amount of time and re-testing levels.I highly recommend these capsules to thwart off Osteoporosis.They are very inexpensive if you compare it to even the best of brands. 5They're supposed to be YELLOW...These pills are huge! But, they're legit. Product info and ingredients have been changed because of bad ingredients & customer complaints. If anyone would actually do research you'd note that the previous white pills contained TITANIUM OXIDE...for those of you not familiar with that, it's basically used as a pigment to BLEACH products...like the vitamin C you were previously putting in your body before this companies manufacturer was intelligent enough to stop using it.My stomach has been a LITTLE upset but I take a lot of vitamins so I can't pinpoint it down to the calcium. 4Look expired but exp date is 2020Compared to same pills from previous bottle that still had a few left, these new ones are discolored and the ingredients inside the coated capsule are separated and clumpy looking. I am not comfortable to even take these. Very disappointed. 1
