Genuine review from 10 year user of Swiss MissThis product Swiss Miss as it is right now does not taste like genuine chocolate, it has a underneath flavor of salt and it takes twice as much to do the same thing that the original formula had done for over a decade in my experience. Honestly this product is terrible change it back to what it was, my question is why did they change the formula in the first place is it a shortage of chocolate bean? If you love chocolate this is not the product for you whether you use it in milk baking or coffee, it is not the genuine article under any circumstance, sorry but that's the truth.2Did not like the FLAVOR CHANGEI didn't read anything into the new look of the label but apparently this is a "new and improved flavor". In my opinion there is a noticeable reduction in quality and it is a bummer. It's safe to assume this flavor change was tested and got a majority thumbs up so maybe you won't be disappointed, but I was. Waste not, want not-- only 50-something servings to go. If you love Swiss Miss enough to be buying a big ol' tub like this one, I would recommend looking for the old label/flavor and stocking up on that while you still can.2VERY DECEIVING LISTING!!!The item description says: "Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix, Sensible Sweets, No Sugar Added, 13.8 Oz. I didn't even receive exactly the same product the second time. See the picture I attach and notice the highlighted parts in both cans. (1 is the one I received first and 2 is the one I received the second time.) the difference has to do with the facts in highlighted parts. And right now, the first product picture in the listing shows the can no. 2. But the second product picture in the listing says "Made With Real Cocoa" nonetheless. So, I think the listing is misleading. I'll ask for a refund and will not buy this if the product now is the one in my no. 2.Also, the first can I received was only about half full. The second one I received is considerably more than that. Again, another inconsistency. And I don't know which is supposed to be the advertised amount. At any rate, the fact that the second one I received is considerably more is neither an excuse in any way, nor makes up for the bad quality in taste.3
