Not at all like the originalI loved the chai tea latte from Twinings Tassimo, been using it for a few years. This new version is AWFUL, tastes like artificial everything. I am hoping that someone will continue to make the original version, if not, I will probably throw out the Tassimo machine and switch to Keurig, I can buy their discs in the supermarket!1Beware of changed FormulaGevalia recently changed the formula of this Chai Tea. It no longer comes with the milk separate from the tea. My wife used to love their Chai Tea, but after the change in formula, my wife hates it. She says it tastes artificial now.1New Single Disc Serving is TerribleThe redesign of this product from 2 discs (1 containing actual tea and the other containing real milk concentrate) per serving to 1 disc per serving (tea and milk powder combined) is incredibly disappointing. I would always start my weekends off with a nice, big cup of the old chai tea latte and absolutely loved the 2-disc version. The newly redesigned 1-disc version, however, is terrible. It is a bit like drinking slightly sweet chemical water. I am very sad to see the change and, as Gevalia/Kraft seems to be intent on sticking with the new 1-disc system, I will be giving (or throwing) my Tassimo machine away because I don't drink coffee and owned it exclusively to use with the chai tea latte.1Not CHAI -- all artificial chemicals!We've been buying Tassimo chai via "Subscribe and Save" for several years. The most recent shipment is undrinkable, "artificially flavored" stuff that apparently contains neither milk or tea! Went to the Tassimo website and found nothing to explain what this is or why there was no notice of a change. Used to get one latte pod of milk and one pod of tea per serving, and now this powdered(?) chemical mess. Doesn't at all resemble tea or chai tea and the taste is horrible! Not sure what to do next since we have no intention of paying to return this sludge.1Not what is used to be. Disappointing!!If you are used to buying/drinking the Tassimo Chai Tea Latte that comes with a milk disc + a tea disc, BEWARE - this is not that product. Tassimo has apparently changed the product. Now you use one disc that contains a powdered beverage. The taste is NOT the same as the previous product. The portion is smaller than before too. This was my first and last purchase of this revamped product. The original Chai Tea Latte was the only beverage I used in the Tassimo machine as I am not a coffee drinker. When the machine bites the dust, I'll be replacing it with a Keurig. Lots more options with them!1Not the Product PicturedI've been ordering the Twining's Chai Tea Latte T-Discs for about two years, and I've loved the product. As indicted in the Amazon photograph, each portion consisted of a chai tea disc and a latte disk.However, in February 2017 when I ordered this product, I received a different product produced by JDE in the Netherlands and shipped from the UK. Each portion is a single disc, and the resulting chai latte is half the size of the Twining's portion and has a very weak flavor. Unfortunately, I ordered a 5-pack. So now I have 40 portions of a terrible product.I'm hoping to get some kind of refund from Amazon. I'm not sure what will happen since I made the mistake of trying one of the discs.If you've previously ordered this product, beware. It seems to be more of a ...I am in favor of reducing disposible packaging HOWEVER, the changes made from 2 containers to 1 are absolutely unacceptable. This is a powder mixture of chemicals. The portion is smaller, product no longer tastes like tea. It seems to be more of a mixture of bits of cinn, choc, powdered sugar and powdered milk. I will NO longer purchase. I've had a Keurig for a couple of years but kept the Tassimo brewer because I enjoyed the Chai Tea. New package is also very messy on the brewer. Keurig will have my business. The photo on the product and the detailed product description were identical and described the Twinings Chai Tea Latte exactly. What I received 6 WEEKS LATER was an instant powder in a T Disk. No, not a creamer disk and chai tea disk per serving but, a single disk of powder per serving. It didn't brew but, instead dissolved. It smelled like cinnamon and tasted like slightly sweet water. If you are expecting Twinings Chai Tea Latter do not purchase from Tora Foods UK. To add insult to injury Tora sent a return label that required me to pay the shipping. $12 out of my pocket for Tora to misrepresent the product they sold to me.1IT IS HORRIBLE. The package is not Twinnings but just Tassimo and it no longer comes with milk discs, it is just a powder, all artificial, in one single disc so you can't even adjust the flavor anymore. IT IS HORRIBLE. If you liked the old way they had it with the REAL tea from Twinnings, in a disc and a separate milk disc, this is not it. And it does not taste or look anything like it use to after it is made. And they need to change this pic to the one they sell as it is not this one pictured. It is small like the coffee packages as it only has two boxes inside now instead of three and it is just a plain front that says Tassimo no where is there the Twinnings logo on it anywhere and the product inside is not Twinnings tea it is not even tea it is a powder drink mix!! BEWARE!!1A once great product made awful after a bad reformulation.These were great when the real tea and liquid creamer came separate. We returned them and discontinued our subscription when they switched to the single gross powder packet.My wife is sooo disappointed it was the sole reason we had a tassimo machine. Now it's put in storage.The new powder version is just gross. Do not buy.1
