They help remind me not to use one arm more then the other,The Issue is they did not come with instructions or a brochure on how to clean them and when to where them. Do I wear them all the time or just when I workout?I just found after a month of wearing the instruction for cleaning are inside.the garment. 4Quality products, good pricing, and I like the concept of infused copper.My golf swing had gotten so bad I actually developed some tennis elbow. Wear this when golfing and / or doing some heavy work activity. Seems to give good support and helps minimize swelling and discomfort. Have had an issue lately with cramping in my forearm area, and this seems to minimize that as well. 5Helping the healingUsing this sleeve on a regular basis as I'm dealing with some (presumed) tendinitis in my elbow. The sleeve provides compression support that takes pressure off the muscles around the elbow. So, it doesn't heal anything directly, but helps the healing process take place. I wear the sleeve during the day and put biofreeze on the area around the elbow at night. 5but other than that its a great product. i wash and then line dry once ...make sure you size up if you are right on the line for measurements, but other than that its a great product. i wash and then line dry once a week and they last for years without stretching out too much. these were a replacement for a pair i bought 4 years ago that i had put a hole into with my nail when pulling them on. i use them at work so wanted them to look nice with no holes, but kept that older pair as a backup as the sleeve itself still fits and works the same as when originally purchased. 5Works great for ElbowThis is the 2nd time that my husband had wanted this. He has chronic issues with his elbow and this is a band that he can wear all day at work and he states that it helps a lot with work and out hunting. He uses different ones when we are out cutting wood but likes the look and feel of these. The last one that he had lasted about 2 years and then was loosing its stretch and purpose so we got a new one. Would recommend for anyone with elbow issues, not just wanting to look trendy. 5Works perfectly!I work as a sanitation worker for the last 15 years, and I've had tennis elbow for about 3 years and I have to say, this compression sleeve really helps relieve the pain. Ever since I started using it, I do not feel any pain at all, almost to the point where I forget about it! I might mention, if your considering on buying the Cooper fit, Don't!!! Its made of cheap spandex material, that literally ripped the first time I used it. Tommie copper is so much stronger and more durable. I would recommend this to anyone! 5This ER RN approvesI dislocated my elbow about 3 weeks ago and have been fighting tons of pain since. Even the orthopedic surgeon kept ordering imaging because he thought there must be an unseen fracture or tendon rupture to explain my pain. As soon as I put the sleeve on my pain was reduced from about a 6 to a 3 - and I have been taking narcotics literally every 4 hours since the injury for pain control. This sleeve immediately made my pain tolerable, gave me better range of motion, and significantly more strength. I am a registered nurse and this has been the only thing to help my actually complete ROM exercises in order to be able to go back to working in the Emergency Department any time soon. 5I use a computer mouse ALL DAY and it makes me feel better. I literally thought it was a pair of women s panties when I opened the package. It weighes just .75 oz. Label states 86% polyester and 14% Spandex Lycra and no mention of Copper. It does fit well and has pretty good compresssion, but for $30 it is waaaay overpriced. I ve got s few other alternatives to look at, but this is not as heavy as I was thinking and will likely return it. 2Working better than I expected. Overall good.I have a tendon in my arm that has been getting progressively more painful; its probably tennis elbow. I have an adjustable strap with a small cushion that pushes on the sore tendon. It helps a lot, but it is bulky and unattractive. I ordered this sleeve to go under my work shirts and also to wear to the gym.When I first put it on, the upper grip that keeps the sleeve from slipping seemed overly tight and the compression sleeve part seemed much looser and less supportive than I would have expected. It felt like a tourniquet and a tube sock had a baby. I was not happy, but I gave it a try for a week. The upper grip section has relaxed to being tolerable after a week and the level of compression, while not as tight as I might like, does help quite a bit. It is completely hidden under my long sleeve dress shirts at work and works well at the gym (doesn't slip or bunch). Overall, the product is working as desired. The quality of material & construction is good and the price is reasonable for a brand name product. The pill-free pain relief is well worth the purchase price. 4
