Those suffering from plantar fasciitis need this!Originally purchased this for a friend who complained of experiencing fallen arches. The roller just arrived in the mail. She's out of town for a week, so I ordered another one and am keeping this one for myself. I couldn't resist. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this roller is HEAVEN on my arches, actually my whole foot.It's big enough to use for larger feet (ever see those tiny ones? who is that for? an infant?) and for other parts of the body (calves, hands, arms, hamstrings, quads). I don't normally recommend things, but I have to with this foot roller, because anyone who is active and suffers from plantar fasciitis needs this. Nothing worse than when it's a perfect day for a run but it feels as though your heel is going to drop out from under your foot.5Black one is cheap made!I was a little disappointed with the black foot massager it s made out of thin plastic, so every time I put pressure on it to massage my foot it dents in! The balls are awesome though3This thing really works!I suffer from plantar fasciitis for many years. I find this roller really does the trick. After use, my foot pain is much relieved. I saw some reviews complain about the nubs or think it doesn t do much. This can be easily solved by pressing more or even standing up when using it. With body weight, you can easily get stronger massage effect. Try it if you have pain like me!5Not as expectedUPDATED Review: I originally rated this product two stars. (See former review below). Today, unexpectedly I received a new model of this roller that has more raised and diamond shaped nobs on it. This was a big improvement on the original where I can get some intense feeling. Excellent customer service.Previous review: I like it but you can t get a lot of pressure from the bumps on it. They are pretty smooth.5You get what you put inI used this product to work on a painful cramp in my lateral longitudinal arches. I may have gone overboard the first few days because my feet were sore by the next day (the good kind of sore, though). I kept on working through as the pain in my feet allowed; and now after only two weeks of use, the cramps have relaxed, i.e. I can squeeze the pads of my feet without pain. Because of the current pandemic though it remains to be seen if my feet will feel alright in ski boots. Until then, I'll enjoy feeling lighter on my feet than I have in years.As for getting what you put in, if you gently roll your feet on this, it may work alright, I couldn't say. I applied as much pressure as I reasonably could. I made sure this roller was digging into the painful knots, and that's why I think I felt relief as soon as I did.5Easy to use and it works.I've tried tennis balls and the spiky ball, they worked OK but keep them under my feet was difficult. This was much easier to use. There's a bit of give, not a lot, but enough to make it not too painful if you're just starting out. I usually stand and put my weight into it. No, I'm no masochist... I just want to get it done fast, especially if it's in the morning and I'm rushing to work. It's a good deal when compared to more expensive alternatives like the Foot Log which I feel is likely a lesser product due to it's shape. This gets the sides of your feet easily.53 wishes come true at onceI used to massage my foot and calf with massage ball after jogging but the massage ball is so spiky that my foot got allergic easily. After trying this foot roller, I REALLY LOVE IT!! It relieves my foot pain after jogging without any allergy caused and it's relatively cheap!
