Don't recommendI ordered this at the end of February and used it to replace the gel cap version I used before. I'm not sure if I've ever done an Amazon review before, but I just had to for this one. I had a deficiency diagnosis a year ago and all the symptoms came back - the dry scalp, aching legs, fatigue - over the last few months until I finally realized what it was. I switched back to the gel caps I'd been using before, and the symptoms slowly eased over the last 2-3 weeks. I don't know why or how there are so many good reviews on this product - and they seem legitimate - but it did not work for me at all. 1Works better for me than any of the pill supplement forms.I can't tolerate Vitamin D pills-- definitely not the Dr. prescribed 50,000 dosage and also not even the over the counter drugstore Vitamin D variety. (Originally, my rheumatologist sold me some, but it became too cumbersome for me to trek to his office, so I looked online and got these.) Multi vitamins together with eating Vitamin D rich foods and plenty of sunshine has not brought my Vitamin D levels up. So these drops are great. I just drop a few drops on my food -- each drop is 1000-- and I am good to go. They're pretty tasteless, but I typically eat very flavorful food so I don't know what the drops taste like on bland food. Generally, I only remember to do it once a day, but I could safely tolerate more, I believe. I just never remember. 5I hate dark, cloudy days which we have had so ...I don't think this is my imagination. But, I am feeling more upbeat in the month or so that I have been taking this. I am also using B-12 drops along with this. I hate dark, cloudy days which we have had so much of this winter, but my focus is somewhat improved & my energy slightly increased. My over all mood has become more positive. I do have additional health issues, so this product may help others even more than myself. I have reordered another bottle, so I don't run out as I will continue to take both products. I have also recommended it to others. 5Very disappointed my numbers dropped back to low category with this!!!I received this product in mid February 2019 and I've been taking it daily through mid June when I had my annual blood draw to check my vit. D levels. Prior to this I was taking a daily pill of 5000 IU and my numbers had been heading up. So 2018 June I finally hit 33 which was in the good category (30-100). I was in the right direction. I was so excited to try this and get my whole family on board with these drops. However, in just 4 months with this product, taking several drops, like 4-5 drops daily, my numbers are down to 24 in the unhealthy category again. I will never trust this product again and now I'm worried to even try gummies. Have to go back to the pills and my dr. said to take like 50,000 IU daily. Don't waste money on this product. 1Beware......Careful! Too much D3 caused calcium build up in my coronary arteries (as shown by regular CT scans). You must counter-balance each 1,000 to 2,000 units of D3 with 100 mcg of Vitamin K2, but this only has 40 mcg of K2 per 2,000 units of D3. An excellent product at a very good price, definitely a permanent part of our regimen. 5FakeTook this every day for a year, went to the doctor who did a blood test. Severe Vitamin D deficiency!! 1CANNOT live without it. At LEAST a 60% reduction ...CANNOT live without it. At LEAST a 60% reduction in fibromyalgia pain. I use 5 drops each morning. 5ONLY DROPS TO BUY!!Best drops ever! Brought my levels up from below 5 to over 30 in record time (living in Alaska this is awesome to have!).
