I recommend adding the liquor..This coffee is OK if you really like the taste of Kalua. The flavor definitely comes across. The kalua flavor is too strong for me by itself. However if you use the actual liquor with it, it works quite nicely. If this review was helpful in any way, please let amazon know and click on helpful. Feel free to ask any questions!3Not my cuppa teaThis isn't bad, but the flavor is overwhelming. I had run out of coffee and used it on its own, and the coffee was far too flavored. I use it half-and-half with regular coffee and still find it to be too flavored. I've never had a flavored coffee that was this strong.However, I am willing to bet that there are others who will love it for exactly that reason.3Great CoffeeThis is the best coffee I have ever had. I drink it on weekends as a treat and often add a shot of Kahlua to it. My wife loves the smell and leaves my empty cup in the car all week. That said, I do not care for the Kahlua Hazelnut type, the original is great.5Best Coffee IMOI have brewed a lot of different coffees of various blends and brands but nothing tastes like the original blend from Kahlua, there is just a unique boldness and taste that no other coffee roast can compare to. This coffee flavor pairs up perfectly with the Caramel and Cream flavor creamers. It also works great in coffee infused drinks. If you are tired of the Starbucks, maxwell house, and folgers coffees, then give this premium coffee a try, you will not be disappointed.5I wish it tasted exactly how it smells.Don't get me wrong this is good coffee I just had higher hopes and wished it was great coffee. Burlington Coat Factory has carried this for around $10 in the past. I also like caramel-tasting coffees, so perhaps I will try another brand that is organic!4Mixed feelingsThe smell is amazing... but the flavor isn t as amazing. The flavor is good but not something that will explode in your mouth.
