Toddler Loves... But Only 15-Day Supply per BottleMy two and half year old refuses to eat vegetables. To get her the fiber she needs, I sneak fruits and veggies into her food but it's hard to get her to eat enough. I give her these fiber supplements to increase her fiber intake. With these and lots of water, she stays regular.These fiber bears taste just like regular gummy bears but they're a little harder (maybe from sitting in a jar). I soften them by kneading them with my fingers a bit. The kneading motion and warmth from my hands make them just as soft as regular gummy bears. Make sure your kids have enough teeth and can chew something of similar texture (like gummy bears or gummy fruit snacks) before giving these to your kids. Otherwise, these can pose choke hazard.My tot loves these and will eat them like candy. The recommended serving size is 4 pieces. So a bottle of 60 doesn't really last very long if you follow recommended serving size. It's only 15 days worth of bear in one bottle. Seems a little pricey so I subtracted one star from my review.I only give my tot 1 to 3 pieces depending on what she eats. When I see that she hasn't eaten much fruits or veggies that day I'll give some of these. When she eats plenty of fruits/veggies, then I don't give her any. 4Warning Aluminum specks stuck many gummy bearsI discovered after buying many bottles for my daughter there are tiny specks of aluminum that are stuck to several of the gummy bears, many are hard to see unless you look closely under a bright light. I don't know if this is a mistake that happens in packaging, but after trying to open the seal very carefully each time and also finding it stuck to gummy bears at the bottom of the bottle I realized it wasn't how I opened the bottle, these were already stuck to the gummy bears. I check each one carefully before giving to my daughter. I' be bought at least 15 bottles from different places and it's in all of them. I hate to think how many I gave to her before I noticed this. Has anyone else seen this? If you look under bright light you can see a tiny speck of aluminum stuck to about 1 in 4 of them if not more, you can wipe it away, but I'm sure a lot of people don't see this and are giving it to their kid without realizing it. 2Great for potty training and poop issuesThese work very well. He doesn't poop every day but every other day and the consistency is always on the softer side so there is minimal to no straining for him. This is important not only because we are potty training and I don't want him to get constipated and scared of pushing but also it's good for our kids to go more often in general. He takes 3 gummies daily and for him that seems to be enough. Of course we have upped his water intake as well. The vitamins are slightly chewy but not too bad. My son is almost 3 years old. 5Helps with my no veggie eaterMy daughter has sensory processing disorder and is very sensitive to smells flavors and textures so veggies don't happen much. Her psychologist stresses the importance of nutrition for her ADHD and recommended a supplement to help with what she's missing. I tried a liquid vitamin and she refused it completely. It smelled awful. So I got these and she eats them with no complaints. I know a gummy can't totally replace the benefits of vegetables, but it eases my mind that she is getting something. 5Melted....I used to have this on auto-ship. Last month when my shipment came, it felt warm and a little gooey. I used them because they weren t melted. I thought maybe they were on the porch too long and assumed they were fine. In hindsight, I shouldn t have allowed my daughter to eat them! This month I took them straight from the mailman and opened the box. They didn t feel warm, but after I opened them I noticed they were completely melted together. They must be traveling in extremely high heat to make it a solid block. I looked and I don t see BPA free listed anywhere, so I can t imagine what kind of chemicals leached into them. 1Work wonders!I've used quite a few fiber supliments trying to get my son regular. These did the trick! They are much better than other supplements that made his stomach hurt or did nothing, or both. He takes these everyday now and we have had no issues since beginning them, they work wonders for a kid with lots of stomach issues. It's one giant blob, hardened in the bottom of the vitamin container. 1Great vitamin supplement forWe love these gummies! My three year old eats her fruits fine, but she is a bit picky when it comes to eating veggies. These gummies help to supplement vitamins and minerals she is missing in her diet, and they help keep her regular. I only give her one a day because we have found that if she has more than one a day, she will have diarrhea. They taste great, and I have no trouble getting her to take them. 5Very hard to chew for childrenMy children complained to me that the gummies are very hard to chew. I bought this product somewhere else before and the gummies were soft. I guess I got the bad bottle. 1Finally...a gummy my kids will eat!They look, feel, and taste like normal gummy bears, so my kids will eat these without a fuss. They love these! We've tried many types of vitamins and gummies, including the organic version of these. They hated all of them. So I had to use the expensive liquid vitamins from Europe until I found these! 5
